    I am not a Mod Sorry They are not Tradable for Barter and Gift Event....Nor you can Gift Them...we were unable to do with Flowers as well that we have Won on Famerama Wheel using Party Tickets.

    Why we can't give them? It's my idea or half of the decos can be traded?
    Trade and gift has lost its magic, since we can't give most objects...
