    can somebody please explain to me how to do screen shots I need to do one of an error message in the bank but do not know how to do it I have never had to do one before I need to do one and send it to support but have no idea how to even begin to do it help pleeease :(

    yes that was informative but I tried everything it said to do and nothing is happening :( I still cant get a screenshot :(

    I tried pushing the fn key then the prt sc key and nothing happened so I tried the alt key and prt sc key and still nothing happened and I went into the start ect where it says the snip thing is and I couldn't find anything :(

    Sorry to butt in again, are you running windows 7? If you are there is a tool in accessories called snipping tool. It's what I use to take them.

    You also need to paste the picture into Paint or an online free picture hosting site.

    I got it thank you all who helped me I finally had to call my daughter she has the same pc that I have and we both have windows 10 thank you again for all the help :) NFQ
