    Hello,
    I could not get into the game to claim the gifts. When I got in the gifts would not open when I clicked them. I read on the forum a script would run so I paid BBs to open them. I had to click many times and it took multiple payments when it opened. I read I had missed the script and to contact support. Support said to wait for the script. I do not want to contact them too many times about the same issue because they are very busy and do not like opening new support if they already answered and closed. How long should we wait to know if we have got the refund from the script? I know for sure I did not get a refund because since then I have less than 5 BBs. Thank you. I have trouble getting into the game and the forum under my login so please close when you answer this.

    Hello RabbitsRule,

    I believe the script has run to book back the Bbs used to open Day 8 & 9 if players spent them to open these days. If you would like your account checked for Bbs used and compensated, please post in Tech with your ID# so we can take a look at your logs.
