    I am wanting to purchase a Season Pass.

    Normally my card details pop up automatically and it is done in seconds.

    Now it shows the option "Pay with Big Fish" and when I press the "Continue with Big Fish2 button nothing loads.
    (I am playing on Flash)

    Hello istanboy,

    Have you checked that your card details have not expired? Can you use a different type of payment method? If you cannot use your card, you can try contacting Support to see if there is a problem. If that does not help, it may be something on BigFish's end and you will need to contact their Support.

    I will contact Support.
    There is no other option for payment method other than Big Fish.

    I have received a reply back from Support.

    They can not find any record of my purchase - of course they can't because I can't get into the site to make a purchase.

    There is no option to contact Support with the problem that I have!

    I have never had any problems before purchasing from the game.
