Season tier problem

    Hi,
    I have been so close to completing the last tier and it looks like it goes back to 0 again. Yesterday I had needed about 300 points to complete the last tier, now when I checked at back at beginning. Why is that happening? Is it an error? The amount of points that I kept on adding should've finished my tier long time ago.

    Great news: you are on the last level, which repeats, which is why it may seem that your level simply reset. However, you did level up and earn the rewards today, 6 minutes before posting this thread.

    You started donating good after that but this is not enough to complete it again.
