Seasonal Items

Good Day,
I have a few of my items that I won from past events that for some reason I cannot place anywhere. 2 of these items are upgrades that should be able to be placed on the others that are already down. 1 item will not let me place it at all. Also I have been playing this game since 2011 and on the forum it says I have been registered only since 2014. Cannot access the movie or the cash for action either .Do you have any explanation to any of these issues I am encountering? I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

Are the upgrades Pomegranate trees? There was an issue a while back and maybe the fix didn't get booked to your account.
This is s new forum everybody had to re-register several months ago.

Please be so kind and let us know exactly what items / upgrades are casing you trouble, and I will be looking into this.

As for the Forum, like camauflage kindly advised, it has been changed last year, so everybody got new Forum registration dates - I apologise for this.

Regarding the Cinema and Cash for Action, why are you not able to access them? What happens if you try?

Thank you both kindly for your replies. The items are Birthday Castle level 3 and Spring Puppet. Both are upgrades that go onto the other item that is just placed so not sure why it will not do the action. I had no issue before with them. When I re-organized my fields I took them down and well now they won't go back up. The Cinema and the cash for action will tell me to wait a moment and then it is just a yellow screen / background.... Is there something I need to update perhaps ? And I am sorry about the register dates. But hey it's not a bad thing

It's a shame that the registration dates have been lost, we know, many players miss that, but there is nothing we can do about this I am afraid.

Regarding the Cinema, please make sure that your Flash player and Shockwave movie player are up to date. Clearing your browser cache and cookies, and your Flash cache would be great as well.

As for the items...
Spring Puppet is the 1st upgrade for the Winter puppet, and the 2nd upgrade was the Party Puppet. I have checked your logs, and you have won the base ( Winter puppet ) and the 1st upgrade ( Spring puppet ) in May 2011 (wow, what a long time ago!) so I have fixed it for you, it is now placed on your main land, over the base. The base however returned to your inventory, so yo have 1 extra Winter puppet now. Honestly, I remember there was a problem with this item, but I cannot remember exactly which one it was - I think the upgrades of this event were booked as upgraded items instead of just upgrades, but my foggy memory remembers something about the last upgrade not being place-able either.

The Birthday Castle level 3 is an already upgraded item, it has the base + two previous upgrades "in it", so you can place it directly on the field as soon as you make room for it.
