Second Halloween Day Glitch

When I accessed the Halloween Giveaway, I like everyone else saw the day was locked. However, I was unaware there was a problem with the game and just thought I'd messed up my time zone calibrations and missed day two by 1 hr 20 min. So like an idiot I paid the 10BB. Then once I sat thinking about it, I thought maybe I should not have done it as by my calculations I am in day two. Got onto the forum and sure enough, multiple complaints about day two being locked, and an Announcement for an upcoming fix.

So here's my question: As I paid the 10BB based on what your game told me, I will be getting those 10BB booked back to my game, RIGHT???

As announced here, this is a known issue and the Game Team will fix it as soon as possible tomorrow. Please keep an eye on the news for updates on this matter.

As for the 10 BBs, they were not deducted from your account, and the reward was booked, so it looks like the giveaway is working as intended in the background, but the in game message is misleading. No BBs are missing, so you will not get any BBs back .

Thank goodness! I was reading through other posts in other sections of the forum and noticed someone else who got the reward but the game did not deduct any BBs, so I was hoping my situation would be the same. Thank you for plowing through all these help! help! messages. Here's some pumpkin cookies and warm spiced cider to keep you warm while you are clicking away on the keyboard.

I had the same thing happen, but it did not actually deduct the 10 BBs. So is tomorrow day 3 now? Thank you.

 

I have been unable to log into the game all day and when I clicked on the second gift it says it costs 10bb's. when I clicked It says I don't have enough bb's and wont give me my gift.

Tomorrow is surely day 3 - day 2 just started 2 hours and 46 minutes ago. The BBs were not deducted, indeed, as we observed based on the logs and further testing as well.

i confirm that the BB are not deducted , so people you can just click ok and get your gift

 

I'd really love to know what day it is. (For me, in central tz USA it's about 10:30 - so well into the next day in Germany.) Are they going to start Day 2 with the fix? Or will it just jump to Day 3?

 

is day 2 , no fix yes, but as said above if you click to pay with BB you will get the gift but you will not actually be paying the BB

It is 5:05 am in Germany, day 2 of the giveaway. This should be fixed in a few hours so most of the second day will still be available for unlocking the gift without problems, however, you can attempt to collect your gift now, accept the 10 BB charge, because this will not be deducted from your account.

If you don't have 10 BB to turn in even though it won't really take them how do you claim your prize ?
