second halloween gift not working

    I have read the other threads but still mine doesn't work. it is now 9:26 pm mountain time in the united states I have no idea what time it is there but if the game resets at midnight your time then when in MY time is the gift going to be fixed so I don't lose out on the game.id number is 19624735. thanks

    Hello jih39,

    Please be so kind and check out the following announcement. The day has 24 hours for everyone, regardless of the time zone you are in, and as specified - you can proceed with unlocking the reward because it's just a glitch, you will not be charged BBs for this action despite it being mentioned in the game.

    yes I read the announcements and did try to collect it, but as I do not have enough bb's (even though it wont actually take them) to do the gift. so that wont work.

    Hi! MY ID is 19438660, I am having the same problem, I collected yesterday my first gift and today it says that I have to pay 10 bbs to collect! Whats going on? Please help. I also don't have bbs.

    Dont mean to Hijack, but also same problem, It is day two, I am in the uk, so one hour different, it is 6.45am and it says I am too late to collect
