Seed side bar overlapping seed menu problem

Hi, been having problems with the seed side bar overlapping the seed menu. It used to be behind the menu but now its on top?! Its interfering with the seed menu when trying to page through the seed menu - very frustrating! Have cleared cache but its still there....

Thanks for clearing server cache but this problem is still there.

 

I can see the issue when I test your account. The workaround is that once you open the seed menu, you can close the side bar by clicking on the dirt icon that you use to open it. Your seed menu remains open and you can scroll through and see your inventory.

Yes I have been doing the work around but what happens the seed menu will also disappear which is very frustrating to keep clicking just to get it to work. I have put up with this for a few months now which is why I have finally decided contact you to please sort this problem out

 

I can forward the issue to the Game Team but would ask you to provide some more details:

• Has this been a problem every day for months or does it come and go?
• Does it only happen on mainland or on Baha too?
• Which platform do you use? Browser? Standalone client? Have you tried other options to see if it happens on all platforms?
• Do you play on PC or mobile device?

The more information you can provide the better. We have not had any other reports of this issue so the more we know, the better we can hopefully find a solution.

 

I too see this bug. On all fields. Playing in the Edge browser or the standalone client on Windows 11.
I hadn't noticed before reading this post because I normally use machinery.

 

Its been a problem everyday for about 3 months on mainland, baha and moonlight
I use Google Chrome and Avast secure browser on PC and yes it happens on both platforms
I don't use Standalone client (not keen to download it) and I've not needed it as the browsers have been working fine

The Game Team has decided not to fix the issue. The workaround to close the submenu by clicking on the seed menu is what has been suggested to do.
