When it comes to selecting breeding types to eventually collect colored animals for stall upgrades or workshops/upgrades... if I select different types like for example 2 silky chicken and 2 crazy chickens, what will the result probably be: 1 silky and 3 crazy?

I'm confused... I've been thinking I needed 4 basic to make the 1 of the next type... but it seems like I can select between 1-3 basic and some other type further down, but I don't know what I should expect?

Can someone enlighten me? I have looked and looked for this information, but haven't come across it yet...

It is not recommended to mix the different types. I always put 4 of the same in the breeding hut each time. I remember this from the old forum years ago.

Toots... Don't mix your breeding animals, Past performance shows you will get the lower of the animals placed in the stalls and only rarely will you get a higher skip negating your efforts to hopefully get that Golden Chicken you are aiming for.

Also, try to wait for a Baby Boom if you can. Skips are easier then, and I've gotten lucky with mega skips. I use four base animals and every once in a while I get a third or fourth level one! :)
