    You cannot send Power Feed, Super Grow Or Turbo Mulch as a gift....The only way that this items are gifted to your neighbors is when you purchase the large pack during the sale events...in that case your neighbors receive each two units.....In the last Power Feed sale there was also an extra large pack that gave your neighbors 10 units each.
    I know this doesn't help, but at least it explains....
