Sending a Toromiro Tree

I have been trying to send a Toromiro Tree to gardengal but it won't come up as available to send. I can see it in my Inventory, it shows that I could send it to someone else but it just won't go to gardengal.

I tried it on my other farm first and it didn't work so I sent it to this farm with no problem, but it just won't let me send it on.

Any idea what's happening?

There seems to be 2 accounts with the name gardengal, one at level 2 which is a closed account and one whom you are trying to send to. The one in your buddy list is the closed account, level 2. Please delete that name from your list and try to send a new IGM to add the correct farm name. Then try to send the tree again.

@Farmers.Almanac is correct, there used to be another gardengal. I am at level 222 for reference.

 

Thank you! Thought it was a bit fishy but now you mention it, I vaguely remember this! I will try again with a new gardengal.
