    Is the only way you can send power feed to neighbours by buying it with BBs before sending it? I haven't done this, but have received power feed before. I'm just wondering.

    Some of the Power Feed packages you buy will gift 2 Power Feed to each Neighbor you have . You are correct that this is for the moment , the only way to give/get it .
