I'm not feeling too bad about this event. Yes, the drop rate is low (I'm making 2 premium bags a day) but I enjoy the challenge to get max coins (not always successful). No growing event crops - good.
Most of all I enjoy choosing my own prizes.

Yes, the prizes are wonderful and we can get and choose our own prizes...if only we could get more drop items it would be great!
Waiting so long for crops and trees to grow is very boring and drop rate is still very low.
Many prizes to choose and I would consider myself lucky if I got one of the clouds!!
It is not imposible but very difficult to get good prizes without using SG and TM
    Please increase the drop rate!

I really dislike this event. The drop rate is really poor and the animated event game is dreadful - it looks like it was designed with a 4 year old in mind. The maximum win for star coins is a bad idea. This event is so boring for me that I am going just for the miscellaneous items and then I'm out.

There is a lot that I like about this event, pretty much what has been mentioned already. This could have been a big hit, but the amount of drops required, along with the drop rate, really ruins it for me. I would suggest making adjustments, both in requirements and drop rate, and making this event repeatable (bimonthly or quarterly). Maybe make the cloud rows upgradable vs. separate rows. It would be nice to be able to save up the coins and eventually be able to buy the prizes we want. Kind of a combination of Moonlight Mania and Renzo's fair!

I liked that it took crops and trees - gives us a chance to farm how we need/want.
It would have been nice that stables/workshops were included to assist on the drop rate for the bobbles.
My expectation for an event is to be able to have that all prizes are attainable via a strategy without having to purchase something.
This event was strictly made that you must purchase XXL trees or baskets or items or be a long time player in order to succeed in the drop rate necessary for bobbles.
Example one farm almost 1 year playing I have been able to make 4 premium ball bags - 2nd farm been playing for a few months have only been able to make 2 premium ball bags.
The difference - farm1 now has many XXL tree upgrades won through events over the past year.
It is frustrating for a newer player to be interested and stay interested in this game when all of the programmers focus and efforts are directed toward the long time players.
Through the forums I see that long time players are already at 10 or more - this event was not difficult for them it was very easy for them.
I think the biggest obstacle is how to balance the game out between new players and long time players

    Great eventxD
We can just go farming as usual and lose no crops. Hitting the targets couldn't be easier.
I have won all the wonder trees and stables and 5 Golden Bananas:).
I hope to get at least one of the cloud rows but if not I'm already delighted with what I've won.xDxDxD

    Hi!

    Likes:
    - The minigame -> it's slow enough for even people with bad reflexes to play and we can choose whether to prioritize coins or the extra prizes from the sheep princess.
    - No event crops!!! :D
    - I can choose the prizes I want.
    - The red panda is soooo cute. :inlove:
    - Milling premium balls has a net positive effect on the mini-game that makes the increased ingredients worth it.

    Dislikes:
    - Low drop rate. I've arranged things so that I can make 2 premium balls a day (occasionally 3, if I'm very lucky with drops), but it seems to be impossible to get the gold CR & items. The big lack is the Festival blossom drop, because a full field of 1x1's planted with 16+ hour crops only gives ~30-40 drops (if lucky), which means that we need two fields-worth for one premium ball, and they can only be harvested twice a day (with water, manure, & the flower CR if appropriate) without investing tons of real money in SG. Given that the gold CR requires 770 coins, this means that I need to make a minimum of 15 premium balls, which translates to 3 per day, and is virtually impossible given the blossom drop rate. Now I know, when BP labels an event "hard", that means the drop rate is going to be horrible and a player who wants the top prize needs to invest RM. Sneaky sneaky sneaky. -.-

I would like to see this event return, with an adjustment to the drop rate.

why is it nearly every medium to hard event the newer players have to complain that the older players get so much more or that the event was easier for us . i will tell u being new players have not figured it out . WE EARNED IT ! dont u think we were once in your place ? and now deserve what we get for all the time n work we have put into the game not to mention the money too! so stop complaing about what we get and be happy with what u do get one day u too will be up where we are

This section is for feedback on the September fest but since you brought it up....
My point is that as a new player we DONT HAVE the chance to EARN IT.
That there is no mechanisim set up so that we could start a previously advertised event.
We HAVE NOT had the chance to earn the items like you a player from the start.
Each player should have a chance to earn the same items.
Like in the Comic book section there could be an Event section set up, you start the event have XX amount of days to complete and you get what you get.
Or that on current events if you are level XX to XX on your farms start date is between XX and XX then your requirements are different from others.
It especially sucks when an event goes on and you are too low a level to even particpate - not really fostering a fun gamer mood there.
Just a guess that is why you see so much complaining out there.

My comments were a comparison to the developers of three farms one at a year, another at less than 6 months, and long term players - medium for one, hard for the other and easy for a long term player - the difficulty was not HARD for everyone. They are developing toward one group of players not all their players.
I was not complaining just making observations and giving examples which is what BP asked for.
When developing and wanting to continue a game such as this you need to foster and grow new players and entice them to stay - there are too many new players that start and then quit - eventually the game will die - I believe this is happening with a different BP game - it could happen here as well.
Look at the numbers you are member 961 and I am member 52,117,727 there are only, I am just guessing, 300-400 thousand active players (based on global requirements from Beavers) = MILLIONS of people have started this game and quit possibly b/c of this reason.
If you can sell a product that has no over head cost at 100 thousand items for 2.99 vs 10 thousand at 12.99 which would you pick - there are programmers and developers that need to be paid salaries and that has to come in from sales or advertising. People I talk with they are not willing to pay the high dollars - if things were 1 or 2 or 3 dollars that is easier to part with. Most people pay 99cents here and there and all of a sudden in a month where someone would not have spent anything suddenly spent 10 dollars. Or garner more ad sales and then no one would have to worry.

As a relatively new player, I like that:
    1. I can keep farming without having to use event crops.
    2. I can choose my prizes.
    3. The mini-game is slow enough to get the hits you want.

(I haven't been able to make that many balls, but I still got wonder stables and wonder trees, which I need.)

I like this game, reminds me of the wack-a-mole, but there is no time limit, which makes it more fair and more fun. Since so much effort is required to put into making the balls, I think folks would be upset if it were more difficult. I particularly like that this focuses on drops from trees and crops. I grow a lot of animals, but it does seem that many more events are geared toward growing regular animals than regular crops.

The drop rate is not great, but "it is what it is". I, too, like that we can choose prizes. I got the wonder pens/trees and it looks as though I am going to get the lowest level cloud row. It might be nice to have more, but I suspect it is intentionally geared toward making people pay money to have the highest level prizes.

I understand that the "classic" items were from an earlier event. I like that they are coming back, even if I am not sure I want any of those offered (at least as a first choice.. I still have room for giver items in my parks, but don't have that cloud row).

I think this would be a good type of game to offer as a co-event for newer people (scaled down per rewards and prizes, of course), just because the dynamics are fun and so forth, though for newer people, I think random prizes are good. Depends on how new, but I find that choices I made early on are now regretted and i am sure that is true for many.. so choice is not that beneficial for newer people.

Another "take what you can" event, but what I like is choosing prices freely.
We can earn coins, during entire event, and in last hour (or so) decide how to spend them best.
Lack of event crop is additional "plus".

Of course, drop rate is terrible, but personally I don't care much. I will take what I can, while growing what I will need for some future event.

This was labeled hard so I didn't want to tear up all of my fields to compete and then find that I was still unable to complete.

This one is different though -- even though I only have crops on approximately 1/2 my main farm and Bahamarama I still have made enough balls to get the stables, both types of trees, the power feed and the harvest helper. I would have liked to have gotten at least one of the Cloud Rows and EP givers but I didn't realize that it was going to be this easy. Initially drops were real slow so I kept my fields the way they were and now I will just take whatever I can get as it is too late to change them and make a difference.

I guess if you were planning on getting all of the prizes it would be hard; if not impossible.

I am enjoying this event. I like most of the same things the other players that are enjoying it like. No event crops, being able to pick our prizes the ease of the event game and so forth. I also like that the focus is on trees and long term crops. With so many recent events that required us to donate high EV value crops and tree fruit it's really nice to be able to restock some of those items into the barn.

I've only been playing about 6 months so I am still a new player. From that perspective I have not found this to be an unfair event at all. I did not have any expectations of being able to get "all" the prizes though. I have been able to get all the valuable miscellaneous prizes and have enough to get the lowest cloud row at this time. That is not because I spent RL money on baskets I simply worked at shifting and manipulating my farm to try to get the most out of it. I'm still way ahead in bobbles vs blossoms so I may be removing all trees for the last big push to the finish.

My one dislike does have to do with the mini-game itself. I do agree that the wait time for the final two or three double coin options is too long. I know at one point I waited almost a full 15 minutes to finish out the round. I did finally get the last two but it does make it a bit boring having to wait that long.

I like this event. No crop and best of all we can choose our prices. However the drop are too slow. I have removed all animals and workshop. I have all my trees out and I can grow long crops such as carnations and begonias. Even with these crops, it is impossible to make more than 1.5 premium ball a day.( I do not have any pets and buff, but my trophies are at 23%).
I decided to just get the smallest cloud row and with the extra I got the power feed, the wonder tree and stables, and if I'm lucky will get a few extra EP givers.
I'm glad the target shooting is easy. I much rather have it slow than too difficult and miss the shots. It is hard enough to earn the balls!
Overall it is a good event.

I have the trophy rune completed, 4 Howies and all fields open, yet the drop rate is atrocious. I just went for the Misc. column and gave up trying to get hundreds upon hundreds to open cloud rows. This is not my life's calling but a game - which is supposed to be enjoyable, not feel like a 2nd job.

I like this event! I like being able to choose. I like playing something different but still being in this game. I like the graphics. I like that someone is thinking about what I would like in a game! BP you have rekindled my FOCD! After 3 years, you were beginning to loose me. And now I see the new clouds harvester. :);)xD:inlove:

    Pros:
    Lots of choices for prizes

Nice little mini game, no timer and easy to click what you try for.

No event crop pressure to get done.

    Cons:
Terrible drop rate. Even with my level, 7 fields and the LL opened, I have only gotten 12 premium bags done so have 648 star coins.

It takes roughly 2 minutes in the mini game to get the first 6 double coin hits. 7-9 usually take an additional 3 minutes. The next 3 have taken from 4 minutes more up to an additional 10 minutes just to finish getting the 12 doubles making a mini game last for almost 15 minutes. By the end, it is not fun any more.

I, from like the shooting game change to hate it
Yes, from day 3, I don't like to start play the mini game. I very reluctantly to do so!
But I want the prize, Those hardly got drops had mill into ball bag. I don't want they
come dust & exchange for lame CC /EP, So I put myself into stress.
Why BP set the game in such way. You only allow us to shoot 12 double coin animals
whereas bal 3 had to shoot one coin (most go for the gold queen)
At least, we players want you to give us a short mini game. Not to wast over 5 min or more
just waiting those pop up , pop up & seem endless. I don't know when I could take a break when
I start the shooting game. I afraid I will miss a double coin animals. this come stress when I had
wait over 2 min still not a sight of them. I even can't take a look back if someone call me!
My Brain feel very stress & my eye feel tired when I look at the screen continuous.
Yes, this is only a game, One could not to put the target on getting 54 max coin each time.
If BP don't give us such harsh drop rate. I think no body so care for the 54 coin/game!
Not everyone willing to pay BB to buy, Even if I pay BB to buy, I want my money had it's
    worth.
So, I hope that next time. BP designer, don't let one play such a bore game for over 3 min.
unless he/she had something to do & left the PC for a while. For those stay in front of the
screen & want to play the game at one time. let it finished at 3 min max.

I just want to say that the red panda animation was one of the most beautiful graphics I've ever seen in Farmerama (or in any other game!) during the few months I've been playing. I visited that portion of the game several times, just to watch the animation. I also enjoyed the shooting gallery game very much. Thank you!
