Septemberfest Guesses

When entering the orders for the customers mine has skipped twice now.

It goes from the 1st item to the 3rd item. It just shows an X where the guess for the 2nd item on the order should be. There is no way that I can get it correct when this happens because I only have 2 entries per order instead of 3.

Last happened around 7:00 pm EST = Friday Sept. 22, 2017 1:00 am CEST.

Can you try clearing the browser cache and especially the Flash cache to see if that solves the display issue. If not, can you please provide a screenshot of the missing order part so we can pass it onto the Game Team.

I won't know if it works until I try to fill more orders -- I will have to wait and see if it happens again.

As far as the screen shot; I did provide it in the original post. It shows the first order of 3 items is correct with a Green checkmark.

It also shows the 2nd order of Pizza - Lime Soda and Cake as incorrect (marked with a Red x). It also shows that there is a Pizza - a black x - and a Cake showing that there was no guess made in the 2nd item. If there was an incorrect guess it would show something like Pizza - Beer - and a Cake with a Red x showing the entire order was incorrect.

 

Yes, the picture shows that only 2 items were delivered, but if you can provide a screenshot of the actual missing selection when guessing the order, that would be most helpful.

I am not sure of what you are asking for. The picture I provided shows 2 things -- the orders requested and the orders presented (guessed). I took the screen shot of this after it skipped item 2 and showed that I got the order incorrect. If you are asking for a screen shot of the 2nd item in the order I can't do this because it skips it entirely -- it goes from item 1 to item 3.

In order to take a screen shot of the orders requested I would either have to know in advance which ones were going to skip or take pictures of all of them -- this would have to be done in the limited time frame I have to enter my guesses for the orders (19 seconds).
Doing that might cause me to get more wrong then the occasional skips that are happening now.

I also provided the time that this happened so I think that that should help.

So fr this has only happened once. It was working fine for a while but now it went backwards.

My first input (Pretzel) went into the 3rd spot -- which I was allowed to change somehow to the correct guess (Cake).
Then it asked for entry 2 and then it showed that the guess was wrong -- no guess for entry 1
