    Dear Shooger.
    Thank you for providing the milling information. I know it was only a snapshot but to me it clearly shows what I was noticing with incorrect/ variable and missing ingredients with for example the milling of the event crop. I get the impression Support believes I am trying to steal some unfair advantage from this game by making up impossible to believe things. I have felt terrible and so stupid at times which is not what I want to feel too often when I'm playing a game for fun (I can do that by myself :))

    I could be confused but from FAQ I thought;
    1 cup o dice = 160 crop of gamers glory and 10 drop of shakers.
    1 cup o dice = 80 crop of gamers glory and 5 drop of shakers and 1 Lucky Dice.

    What I noticed in the logs above is what I was happening in my game.
    eg
    24 cup o dice = gamersglory:2534, shakers:621, luckydice:25
    25 cup o dice = gamersglory:534, shakers:496, luckydice:0
    14 cup o dice = gamersglory:20shakers:548 luckydice:19

    (Also I used Lucky Dice every time so that was strange it milled without them..but then again it appears it actually used less crops then if it had milled with the lucky dice....)

    The impression I get contacting support is am trying to make things up to get an unfair advantage from them but I don't understand as the errors I reported are also in my favour.
    At one point I had only 10 crop left and yet it starting milling 12 cup o dice!! I thought it might be a glitch or it would even out but I really don't know anymore. I have trouble keeping track of what is showing being harvested (eg crops/drops) versus what is actually in my barn versus what is REALLY in my virtual barn server logs. I am not trying to steal an unfair advantage by contacting support - I have the best neighbours in the world and I am pretty sure they would give me anything I needed if I ever asked them for help. They have already given me more than 100 events could without me asking and I hoped to repay their kindness one day.

    Next, thank you for clearing my server logs. Missing games came back and I could play again! I asked support to do this for me a few times previously but they write me that until we receive a confirmation that you receive our emails, there's nothing we can do. It is so frustrating. I understand there is obviously issues with my accounts (I told them) but I don't understand why they couldn't/wouldn't clear my server logs for me even if they aren't getting all my tickets and replies - I get so many error messages and crashes these days, sometimes I cant even access the forum and feel helpless communicating. I have reported issues with everything in my account including replying, contacting neighbours, using markets, submitting tickets, payment history etc etc. I was a bit depressed yesterday because I believed my account was being deleted/deactivated by BigPoint. Today I have accepted it is for probably for the best. I have some details in my account that are private and I would like be protected when I go. If it is going to happen I may as well do it myself while I can. Is there a link to do this that ensures personal information is secure?
    I did a search and found some non-farmerama website "ways" but they sounded dodgy. If it is something you have to do your end can you please do it for me Shooger so that my personal information will be safe? (DaisyDaze ID: 55773970)

    Shooger you have been very kind and helped me a few times now. It seems like a tradition to leave baked goods for moderators. I haven't opened my bakery yet but I wish I could send you whatever baked delicacies you like best. :)

    The amounts shown in the info box are the amount in your inventory once production of the mill item has started. Example:

    Power-feed requires 35 water + 25 Corn + 1 Walnut + 10 Tomatoes to produce which was taken at 01:08:24 leaving you the balance shown in the above log.

    You then cancelled the production:

    The cancel production log shows that 35 x Water + 25 Corn + 1 Walnut + 10 Tomatoes have been returned to your barn.

    As with the event items, the numbers may be different due to the fact that you have grown more crops, collected more drops during the logs of the mill.

    BigPoint Support can not clear your server logs, which is why you would have been asked to have a Moderator do that. BigPoint would not deactivate your account unless there was major issues, like using a bot to play or for extreme behaviour violations. They would not change anything to do with payment or share your private information.
    I can only state that if you use any form on non-supported sites that BigPoint is not accountable for any issues you may have for allowing any other person/site to access any information. It is Against BigPoint's rules if you share your personal information with anybody. (password details etc.).

    All your personal information is safe as long as you do not share your private details with anybody outside of BigPoint.
