Settings to move items

    Hello. Why can I only move one item with the tool?
    I will need to reshuffle items often probably.

    Hello Sister3 :)

    You can check in the Game Settings and check that "alternative build mode" is off. This should solve the issue.

    Unfortunately I have tried that, instead of seeing what you would expect. I get directed to my account and only asks for a new password.
    Perhaps I should ask the technical support forum instead?

    Are you accessing the Game Settings by clicking on the Gears in the top right corner?

    That should bring up the Game Settings Menu.

    Each time you want to move an item or multiple items, you need to click on the "move" tool:

    This is located on the left navigation bar.

    Yes Shooger you might be able to assist me further, thanks. I have tried several times to move things to my inventory, using the settings on the ?!
    but they disappear completley and are not in the inventory, then reappear where they were originally.:eek:

    The "?!" tab is for different shortcuts in the Game. You change the Game Settings by accessing the two gears (the button next to the "?!". To delete items back into your inventory, you need to use the circle with the strike-through from the left navigation bar.
    You might find the Navigation Bars FAQ helpful to explain things more clearly.

    Just a thought. If Sister posted in Technical would a moderator be able to check or even reset the tool in question?

    I also am wondering now if I have some unlogged out "things I don't know about"?
    Causing disruptions? Perhaps that is an option somehow.
    Whatever is easier for the team, at this particular time.

    I am logging via Bigpoint games website. As far as I know cache clears on logging our of my computer. Cookies is another thing, Chrome seems to not do this anymore, but I will check it out today. Thanks Shooger

    The Flash cache needs to be manually cleaned. Please let me know if the problem gets better after these troubleshooting steps.
