Severe Game Hangups

Please help me. Doesn't happen all the time, severely paralyzing when it does. I don't know much about computers . . . have loaded newest AdobeFlash, regularly clear history, cookies and cache.
At login, says flash not installed/plugins not activated. Will allow clicks but takes no action. Reloads and gets stuck at 55%. Gets stuck and have to reload after opening one field.....

You can find help on clearing the Flash Player here. After clearing all caches, you can try also closing down your computer and restarting it to see if that helps.

Sorry to but in, Shooger, but I get a message whenever my computer is logged out completely. Not sure if it is the same thing but try clicking on the message, a little box (hardly noticeable!) shows on the top left of my screen with a choice to allow or not. Click allow.

Hello, wonderful Techs. (& thx illy, for suggestion, but i don't get a little box).
I have followed your link, still no better - I have to refresh/reload so many times that my harvest bonuses are expired well before my poor critters are standing in clean pastures. Problem has been occurring(worsening) for months.
Still get message on startup re AdobeFlash not installed/activated (my hunnee says "it's running 32-bit but looking for 64" ?). Tomorrow, i will again ask our daughter for help to click the green "here" and see, 'cause i'm just a simple farmer and i understand dogs better than computers. Maybe i'm doing it wrong.....Pls stay tuned....

 

If you get this message when logging in:

I "allow" the flash every time, was hoping to resolve that once and for all. Seems my only hint as to the root cause.

BUT, still having to reboot after a click or three. Then for a while everything's coming up roses and pansies and red peppers. Then the crashing starts again - no pattern i can see, except maybe when the game is very busy (?) (lunch hour here in Ontario, or wake-up time six hours from now across the Atlantic, or launch of a new event)
I'm stumped.

 

I am sorry I cannot make any other suggestion as to what is causing the problem. Have you tried using a different browser or another computer to see if the problem persists?

~edit~ I have also cleared your server cache to see if that helps
