Severe Hangups Two (Too)

    Hi. I know you wrote that you can't fix my game problems, but I'm disappointed.

    I will lose the equity i've built - i have been playing Farmerama almost since you began - because my computer flashes "Farmerama has not responded in time" or "this site cannot be reached" before loading, and then multiple problems occur which seem to originate at your end. Over time, I have tried Internet Explorer, Google and Microsoft Edge. I've used a different computer, updated flash, "allow" AdobeFlash at each startup, and regularly clear all possible storage build-ups, as suggested. Your patient Tech has listened to me and emptied the storage cache at your end.
    Still, my game freezes; stops performing actions while letting me continue clicking; gets stuck on farmwheel spins and birthday event games (when it freezes and i have to refresh, it will resume with half the time gone but ten new items to find again); needs to refresh two or more times after crashing; multiple windows may be visible on top of each other; i go to send a gift and buddy list is empty, etc. I sometimes have to shut down the computer and reload the game after harvesting / before planting / and again before watering On Every Field.
    Then suddenly it works fine and fast for a while and I just want to play!

    I thanked your Tech for trying and thread was closed, so maybe i don't have the right to write this additional memo. I guess i have to lose Farmerama and my earned/purchased advantages and efforts on especially this last event while problems escalated.
    And i am not happy.

    I am so sorry to hear that you continue to have such a negative playing experience :oops:

    Would you please provide the version of the browser you are using and the AdobeFlash version? With all the display issues you describe, it does sound like an Adobe issue.

    While BP does not formally recommend a specific browser, would you try using Firefox to see if you have better results? We will do all we can to help you so that you can continue to play.

    Hi. I,m sorry, i'll need help to find out what version of Google my regular computer is using. I remember AdobeFlash version startedw with 32 and ended in .114 (64bit). Thank you for not giving up on me ^_^

    To find the version of Google Chrome you are using, do the following:

    1. Launch Google Chrome.
    2. Click on the icon in the upper right corner that looks like 3 short bars.
    3. Select About Google Chrome to display the version number.
    "About Google Chrome" may be under your 'Help' as is show in the picture:

    TY Farmer's.Almanac. Google Chrome updated when i went in to check, from version 71-something to exactly 72.0.3626.81, which seemed hopeful but didn't improve anything, even after emptying/rebooting. I will Google Firefox tomorrow (teehee). Stay tuned, and Happy Monday.
