    Hi!

Lately (since the breeding update), shockwave flash keeps crashing the game when I try to harvest (using the harvester) every couple of hours. Even when it doesn't crash, it's been much slower than usual. Harvesting by hand does not appear to cause a Shockwave crash.

I've tried clearing the browser cache but Shockwave still crashes regularly. This is on a new computer (as of October) with a completely up-to-date browser and a stable Internet connection.

I've only noticed the problem since the "Getting Cold Fins" event started, and it's still happening several hours after Baby Boom ended, so I don't think it's a case of too many players accessing at the same time.

    Hello cpeterson,

Which browser are you using? Is that browser and Flash up to date? Have you tried a different browser to see if that helps?

    Can I assist you further?

    Shooger.sweet,

I am using the latest version of Google Chrome, and the latest version of Flash player (according to this site). This combination has been working without a problem since early October (when I bought my current computer). I haven't tried other browsers on this machine.

I am having the sane problem with my chromebook and everything is up to date and all measures described in previous posts to correct problems have been taken. This is not an isolated problem Mods!

I don't know if this is relevant but there was an update for the flash player last week.

    Harry,

Do you know when (what day) they updated the player?

Know we shouldn't add but many have... Shockwave issue is driving me ditzy only planting very long and not looking in often as harvest time is silly!
    Hope it's fixed soon.

    Hi!
So the update seems to correlate with when I started noticing problems... In any case, it seems to be working fine now (haven't noticed "slowness" or crashing in the last ~4 hours), so hopefully whatever the problem was has now been fixed and won't be back. o_O

Not for me yet... Logging out only done to fields, can't be bothered with rest as takes too long! :(

The problems are not related to any Flash updates. We have had reports that the Game is loading and harvesting fine now. You can all try logging in again to see if it is now working.
If you are still having problems, please start your own threads so we can assist each one individually.
