Shortcut keys not working.

    Hi,

    My farm does not respond to the keyboard shortcut 'ctrl' which makes it possible to place more of the same item without going back to the inventory. Right now, I have to e.g. place each chicken coop individually and that takes too much time. It does duplicate the item, but will not allow me to place the duplicated item. What might be wrong? I'm using Safari and my ID is: 54725333. Please help :)

    Hello Eunoia,

    Have you used this shortcut previously with success? Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the flash cache to see if that helps. Have you tried using a different browser to see if the function works correctly?

    Hi Shooger.sweet,

    No the shortcut 'ctrl' has never worked in Safari. I'll try that and write again if the problem isn't fixed. Thanks :)

    The problem may be that Safari does not Support the Adobe Flashplayer plugin. Which device are you using to play?

    Hi Shooger.sweet,

    I have now found out that neither Safari or Firefox is able to use the 'ctrl' shortcut - and no it has never worked on this farm and I'm using a MacBook Air. I have cleared both browsers' cache and cookies. How do I clear the flash cache? I have found out that the shortcut works in Google Chrome, which is great, but I would really like to use the other browsers as well if at all possible. If anybody in the IT department has some suggestions I would love to hear them. Otherwise, I'm just happy that at least I can use Google Chrome :)

    I am not familiar with Mac so you may want to start a post in Game Chit Chat to ask other players for advice that may play using the same device.
