    Hi, I just found my old Siggy Banner and it's much bigger than everyone elses. I do not know how to change the size. Can any one out there help me please? Thank you

    I am sorry but this is not something we can help you with, but I am sure our Siggy makers will be more than happy to help you with a new siggy - resizing the old one will make it very tiny; you can get one that's 3 times wider. Your new avatar is very very pretty, (is that Taco xD ? ) - I am sure you can get a great siggy to go with it.

    That's ok, I removed my banner before you could see it and Banjoman is trying to help me. I followed all his instuctions, but now that I have the correct size it won't copy/paste.
    Thanks, that's not Taco ( You remember everything) but my Dad has these parrots ( Macaws in my avatar). Taco is a Red Headed Amazon, he's now 20 years old, I got him at 6 months, they live a really long time, as long as you're educated in caring for these parrots. v Here's a photo of Taco

    Awww I finally meet Taco! :inlove: He is soooooo cute :) Thank you very much for sharing the pic!

    As for the signature - have you been able to upload it on a hosting website? If yes, and you have the link, you should be able to insert it as a picture exactly the signature area exactly the way you added the picture in your post.

    Please let us know where are you stuck in the process and we will do our best to help you.

    Maybe, I could send it to my email? Because I took the original siggy size and pulled it from facebook but now it's resized in "my pictures" done in "Paint". The link that I have does not exist rt now as it stands.

    Vie e-mail, you will need to contact Support. As soon as you send in the initial inquiry to our Customer Care Service, you will receive an auto-message as confirmation and you can reply to it, and attach the picture.
