Site issue!!!

    Site was down for almost 5 hours? I do not know if it was farmerama's server or it was Bigpoint's. I tried to login from laptop and pc. Tried chrome, explorer etc. No success. As result, I lost my harvest helper coup (12 hours) and only could use it for 1 harvest. Just wanted to report the issue.

    These things happen. No worries. I only have 1 Q and need an A to my Q. Can the event be extended for the hours that we lost?

    Thank you shooger.swe. We all have confidence on tech team and admin group of farmerama. I am sorry to hear about the attacks. It's cyber crime time and even governments are not safe from this phenomenon. I have seen this on other game I use to play. No further assistance and take care. End thread.

    P.S. Game is terribly slow but I know you guys will tackle this problem
