Announcement Slow game, crashes and harvester functions not working properly

Howdy Farmers,

Currently, there are some technical issues in the game such as slow/lag requiring multiple refreshes and the purchase of the Harvest Helpers not showing as available for use. The Game Team is aware of all these concerns and working to resolve them as soon as they can.

In the meantime, you can turn off harvest animations in your Game Settings under the Additional Settings tab:

Once you change your settings, please log out and log back in again and all the above mentioned issues should be fixed.

Howdy Farmers,

The harvesting issue continues today with the Standalone client. Yesterday's suggestion to turn OFF Animations fixed some issues, but today in order to harvest, you may need to turn the Animations back ON. This is a temporary solution, but the Game Team is aware of the problems and working hard to find a fix.
