Slow, to no loading of fields....

Hi

I have been experiencing over the last 10 days or so, an annoying problem of fields being slow to load, or not loading, planting takes forever, (screen sticks) again, with applying water etc, or filling the tank, feeding animals, everything takes one click, and then takes a long time for the click to be recognised, leaving me stuck, and not being able to do anything else, (can't click out and move fields etc)

I have tried all trouble shooting (and believe me, I know what I am doing!! )

It isn't a browser issue, as have tried with a couple of different, (firefox, chrome, IE), and it isn't flash related either.

It is just as well I am not overly interested in the new event, as I can't see the carnival queen and basket doing a lot for me, she will be moving, whereas I will be waiting patiently to be able to click to collect!

I see a couple of others are reporting similar problems in another thread, but I thought to keep it simple for you lovely mods, I would start my own thread on this issue

edit: it is taking 30 - 40 secs for the mouse click to be actioned upon.

 

Just an update, the game is still slow to load, and slow to respond, yesterday, I couldnt log in at all from 12pm.
I tried numerous browsers, again, and nothing.
The whole event was ruined for me, harvesting, milling, planting, moving from field to field, ultimate insult was I thought that I had planted on all fields, and found that the click hadn't actually been actioned, so lost out on 6 hours growing time, on 2 fields. Everything was taking such a long time, when I could actually log in.
It is 6 days since I first posted this issue, and have been experiencing this now for nearly 3 weeks.

Sorry that we missed your post.
Did you install any updates before the problem started? Do you have the latest Flash version installed and do you have enough storage allowed on flash? If this fails, can you try an older version of Flash player to see if that helps.
Do you have different farms and if so, are they all having the same trouble. Have you tried to access the Game on a different computer to see if it is the same?

I have tried on my desktop, and laptop and am experiencing the issue on both.

 

Have you tried resetting the Modem and also restarting your computer? Also have you checked your list of plugins to see if they are causing conflict?

Can I assist you with anything further?

 

Shooger, everything my end is fine. I have checked everything, the issue is definitely not with me, my internet, my software, my flash, nor any plugins.
As I said yesterday, I have tried on my laptop, running win 7, my desktop, running win 10. On all browsers. I have even tried on my sons laptop, and still the same issue.

Your account is definitely not the problem either, because on our end it is working without problems. What finally seemed to have worked for your fellow farmer experiencing the same, is switching to an older Flash player version. Please be so kind and try installing one that was released previous to the point when you started experiencing this, and it should be the safe workaround for now hopefully the next Flash release will not cause any problems.

Not to be a buttinsky, but they had a flash update yesterday. Thought this might help.
