After recent full on events, Im looking forward to this one. hopefully I will beat the 'house' and reap the rewards

 

I'm really looking forward to this one. The mini-game looks complicated enough to be interesting in itself and the rewards look amazing. I particularly like the 'crate o'zany animals' which the cloud row gives and the 'golden game cannon' is one of the few items I've ever wanted just for the look of the thing (though the reward it gives is worthwhile too).
I also like the look of the crop, so cute!

 

Well I'm Snaked eyed about this one... I am sure it will be easier once we start, than it seems but for now...

 

I'm All IN!! Can't Wait for the Harvester to go on sale, it will make this event great. 48hr's 14bb's O NO it is on sale only 9hr's left. now lets see cant use it until the game start's, harvest long grow by 8/9am plant 10 seed's field main field most of the day then meadow
late afternoon anyways 24hr's blown. just keep taking

Playing the game is really easy. I'm three quarters of the way to the Cloud Row. Lovely graphicsl

 

Looking forward to New Concept Game. Makes nice change to other events

 

drop rate already low at the start of the event and 290 crop for just 1 mill item.... may not be fun to finally get to the mini game

 

Drop rate is too low to bother with this one !

 

I do like having a Yatzee type of mini-game, but either the drop rate is much too low or the requirement of 20 shakers per cup of dice is too high. I think 10 shakers would be reasonable, but even then I think the drop rate is too low.

 

I right now agree drop rate is not going good with this event...... or is it so random that some players gets alot while others get none? i saw that last event where i did good but others didnt.... is this rotation for different player/drop rate ??? it should be for all, all the time and drop rate is, what it is.... I am hoping that by tommrow i can change how i feel about this drop rate... i have 2 fields with event crops... and one field gets very low drops adn the other does so-so.... my other field with trees gets so-so too.

all up to now i got 7 cup of dice made... got the crops but no drops to mill....maybe i am doing good, maybe im not... i have no clue... but 7 so far while others did way more.... im guessing my drop rate is at .01 percent. and thats not good at all...But event just started so i will see in a few days... 110 hrs to go..

 

Really enjoying this mini game. A good blend of luck and strategy. Drops are good for me, but I am growing long crops overnight so drops and crops are matching pretty well. Graphics are great, as usual.

The only negative, I will say again, please stop with the back to back to back to back events!

 

I always find I am a little confused when there is a different style of game, the FAQs are probably clear enough but I can't really grasp what is required until I actually start the event. I rely on others to sift out the salient points ... thank you fellow farmers!

I am really enjoying this event, the requirements for the basic prizes (CR and EP items) are okay, though some are complaining of a low drop rate. This hasn't been the case so far for me but maybe that is because I haven't had time to plant too many event crops and have had long term crops in. The possibility to win many more prizes is very appealing! Of course, we would all love to win them all but it is clear that that is not possible without spending lots of real cash. That's fine, I will be happy to aim as high up the levels as I can and congratulate those who reach the dizzy heights of the second tier of prizes.

The mini game is good fun and I like the Yahtzee element. I played it a lot as a child, though I am pretty rubbish at it now! Still, I think that this a very pleasant, not too difficult event that should please most farmers.

On the negative side, I am a little disappointed that the never ending back to back, demanding, events continue when we are all saying enough already! A day or two is not enough to do any "normal" farming. Plus yet another event requiring a mill item. Why? I know the answer but I still hate when we have to let our mills lie idle or ... shock horror ... stop milling feed that is in progress in order to mill the event mill item. So hard to maximise mill time. Now if BP would see their way to allowing PF to be milled in both mills ...

 

Nice event spoilt by lack of drops

Games are meant to be FUN ...back to back and they become a chore and boring
When they were Once a week they were something to look forward to..Now they aren't
We have Stables in our barn that dont ever go out on the fields because of event crops ...NO we dont have to do them ...but it helps our farms if we do

We aren't asking for hundreds of drops ...we are asking for a FAIR percentage ... Because what we are getting certainly ISN'T that

 

I like the casino graphics and enjoy the Yahtzee type game.

The prizes are good. I am still missing some trees and stables so I look forward to these events to get a chance to obtain them.

The mini game skipped from one pair to three of a kind so I think there should have been an additional slot for two pair. Also just to be picky a flush is all of one suit -- what is shown in the game is five of a kind.

I have more than one farm. One has used the 1x1's the whole time and it still needs 3 games to get the Cloud Row. The other two started with 1x1's and then switched to comfort with SG -- recently finished.

It doesn't look like any of them will get to the 2nd section (level 38+) on the right and might not reach the last EP curtain.

I have played Yahtzee for years so I am familiar with it and also somewhat familiar with odds on making certain combinations. Due to the low drop rate and too many rolls that resulted in the two lowest possible points I may not finish the first section (Levels 1-37). Considering the hours I put in I feel that I should have been able to get farther in the game. I am happy I got the CR but still a little disappointed with the results.

I know some people posted how far they got but it seems that they had to do this by nuking regular fields and/or basket purchases. I SG my starter crops on regular fields when an event starts and occasionally at the end when I need to in order to finish. I just don't think I can afford, at this time, to do it for all fields and all the time. I have been getting more SG from the farm wheel spins lately but still that wouldn't make up for nuking 3 fields of 1x1's.

Anyway I have to get back to game to try to get the CR for this farm.

I started out so optimistically but with 22 hours left to play that optimism has gone.

I have nuked my event plants and roses with manure, 1000s and 1000s of Super Grow, used all the buffs, CAC Sourdough, the Flower row, practically spent the last few days attached to my computer. I've got up every night to get an extra crop planted. Pitiful amount of drops!!

I have played 72 games, I have 10,350 points, that's only half of the points needed to finish this game.

Shame on you BP, you are having a laugh at our expense.

It is not possible to get another 10,350 points with less than one day left to go.

We have been set up to fail. I feel totally, totally cheated

 

very disappointed with the shaker drops with this event. I need six more cups of dice mixed to get the cloud row but will miss the final 6 hours due to being away from home so I wont get the cloud row by end of play for me in nine hours. I have been using three fields with cac and 1x1 fields to get the amount of event plant together with roses or rosehips overnight with my highest EP trees mixed in and a few high EP stalls and workshops to get the shakers. Still the shakers remain short, very disappointed. As to the other game, I havent got very far because I have never gambled which may be a bit old fashioned I realise and I switched it off in the end as its frustrating again to see what you are not winning! I am worried about our younger players become interested in it. Perhaps not a good choice of subject.. I would be very interested to know how a player would be able to get all six numbers, e.g, 1 to 6, and 300 points with only five dice?????? whats that about?

 

Drops are abysmal even with long growing crops for some of us. The graphics are great, love the casino angle and the game itself is fun if able to play without having to have 20 shakers to mill for each round since my drops are so low.

 

Agree with whats already said, I will be a few shakers short to win the cloud row despite diligent farming and help from my neighbours, like 36 out of 40. grrrrrrr. The shaker drop rate is terrible! If only we knew before we started the event. Every so often we have an event where we cant get enough drops which is really annoying! I read the FAQ carefully and still dont understand why there are 75 levels of prizes in the mini game, Unless you spend days using supergrow honestly how achieveable is this and how frustrating to see what you are not winning!. I also dont get the gambling part which is probably just as well.. Wish I hadnt bothered with this one....

 

UPDATE on my post earlier... DROP rate , well BP you really need to add more time to this event.... I dont know what event you called this... but should've been PLAY ONLY IF YOUR BORED... DROPS is not there... did BP set this up for DROPS on a certain crop?? I got a few off of carrots.... but same time.... even long crops BARELY get any DROPS.... and to mill 20 shakers at a time.... drops percentage should've been higher.... or the MILL of shakers should been no more then 10... This EVENT is way off..

All I can say now of this event is its bad for drops... I myself, may not make it to the CR..(15 more games to go with 5 ready to be played.Soon as i get the crops I can make 3 more now.. that's 8 out of 15--- i may even not make it)... Others not so lucky... I'm sorry but without more time or change the shakers to mill I give this event 100000 thumbs down..
