    Which society quest has exchange licenses as a reward. I have seen one before and after extensive searching, I cannot find it. Can you please help, thanks.

    I thought the mods would have an easier search function but I finally found it.....you can win 3 exchange licenses in the Talk like a pirate quest, level 5 silver. No further assistance needed.
