SOS Comic #6 Event Drops/Light Strings

Would appreciate any help I can get with drops at this point...happy to send some to you in return

 

Just a reminder to those asking for drops... be sure to do everything you can on your end to increase your drops! That enables those helping to then help the most players possible!


Also, here is a thread by Suzee that has a large section on how to increase your drops: General Event Strategies. It really has three sections: maximizing crops, maximizing drops, and strategy advice on how to "start an event" after your initial harvest. (Not that by now you need that section lol!) But it is a thread that I think would be helpful to bookmark for future reference! Good luck all!

hi I can send lights but always have problems with how to do it. If you need send me request. Have three farms, cats50, porkchop1 and porkchop2 Will be happy to help. I am not doing so please don't send back lights

Arggghhhh!

Woke up this morning, and after feeding the fam, harvested my fields. As I was doing dishes, I remembered I FORGOT TO CAC THE FIELDS BEFORE HARVEST!!!

But, I still have time. Heh-heh.

I just need three more rounds of pops and I'm done. The string thing is another problem.

I still need 289 lights. I'll do what Suzee's post said and plant higher level crops when I'm done with the pops. Thanks for the link, CJ! that was an excellent post!

Great news to all struggling with drops, the event is prolonged with 28 hours

 

I know its too late, but next time you should keep a paper in front of your PC like
I have been doing. I write the crops I need and the drops. I also put, USE CAC!

Hi! I have all the crops for the last step, but am 261 light strings short....lol....help!!!!

I have replanted trees and some animals and am still planting long running crops to get the drops. Am a level 77, and working to get the rune on the tree.

Would gladly gift in return if it is possible.

 

Thanks to Chevrefeuille & Baw185 who both sent me a light String!! I have all my sneezeworts & one last field is growing the remaining Glitter Poppies I will need. The rest of my fields are now growing roses so I hope the drops are better than for the event crop. I still need 308 Light Strings! This will be my FIRST completion of an entire event. I have always done just part of the events. This will Also be my FIRST Cloud Row! HOORAY!! I think I can make it now because of the extended time. Good Luck to everyone!!

Hi, I want to give a BIG Thank You to everyone that helped me and sent me light strings. Please do not send me any more and send to others that are still in need. I will try and help as well. I am not finished with the event yet but have gotten enough light strings to get me over the proverbial hump and should be able to get the rest on my own now with the extension of time for the event. I truly appreciate all the help i have gotten.

Still need desperate help with the drops, as my light drops seemed to cut out entirely for half my glade and all of baha on this morning's harvest. Thank you so much for all your generosity - there will definitely be a special shoutout to all that have helped/will help me and gifts to follow!

 

I still need the drops i'm 211 short, have gone back to 2x1 hopefully that will help. Thank you to those who've sent me lights already.

 

Really, really, really need help. I'm quite literally scavenging at this point. Please help!

 

Just a little reminder that some farmers prefer to remain anonymous - I know you want to say thank you but if you give a general "shout out", they will know who they are.

You don't say how many more lights you need. The event was extended to tomorrow (18h00 CET I think) so maybe you are still on target.
