SOS Parents' Day 2015 Event Drop Items/Magnifying Glasses & Insect Guides

Hi all!

Parents' Day 2015 starts tomorrow and this thread is for those who need a helping hand from fellow farmers to finish or achieve personal goals during this event.

Parents' Day Strategy

The (very rough) estimated daily/24 hour period requirement is:

135 Magnifying Glasses

and

70 Insect Guides

If you need anything else for the event, ask for it here.

Please note:

My main farm (Illy1996) usually manages to get all drops. If I do need help, I will post here, My second farm, Chevrefeuille should be okay too and if I need help, I will post here.

So If you receive gifts from either of my farms,please do not send gifts to either of them.

If you want to return the favour, send to someone else asking for help.

I'm usually pretty good as far as drops go (thanks to the awards that I'm still toting around - "only" 200 more stars and I'll be done with that biz). But, if you're a neighbor and you need drops, holler (otherwise known as IGM) and I'll send help if I still have gifts available.

 

Not enough magnifiers, please help!

 

For anyone who would like to gift me over this event, please could you send magnifiers as looking at the ratio I am getting on my farm it is those that I am likely to be short of. Thank you in advance.

 

Referred by MIR85 needing 465 magnifiers any gifts greatly appreciated.
Also I have several neighbors that do not gift at all and I would gladly replace with somone who participates on regular basis.

No need to hang your head keltic. We were all new once and remember quite well how it is to try to build our farms to be able to complete events. This thread is for newbies and experienced players alike who need a little boost with events. Good luck!

Update folks - I have a neighbor that purchased a lot of super grow - so yesterday a few of you tried to send magnifiers but to no avail.
Today a few of you got in - thank you to the 4 early birds - I got a post back to each of you.
Low and behold another neighbor bought a bunch of super grow - I am maxed out on gifts again that I have heard.
Thanks everyone for trying - I really appreciate it.
Just let ya'll know what was going on here in TX.
With the 6 gifted and 62 from harvesting so far today - maybe BP is watching one harvest of Mother Flowers yielded 15 magnifiers

Thanks puppiesnponies I am tryin, the math is the hardest. I just got the bean pole now need to get stuff in them clouds, workin on them trophy's when I get these items a little bit fatter I think things will start to fall in place, I just thought with CAC I could do this, I threw the dice and over shot the table.

Keltic, for the Country Fair quest for your trophy, buy cheap tree fruit and donate it, it's an inexpensive way to level up quickly on that trophy. The animal one takes longer, but if you can find inexpensive cuckoos on your market (less than 100 cc), they work well. I agree about the math, that's why I let others do the figuring .

Ahhh, so that is the way to do good math, use another brain! best advice yet... now to make a new area of haunting, math brains, will have to go haunt sillyguy........read somewhere that name does fractions and divides and at one time..... I haunt Mir85 enough, gonna start billing me at my rate of questions.

You will get more drops when using comfort fields.

you mean I could not only be getting more drops but get sleep? you are a wise, wise guru.

 

Beware of the growing time though. It increases 4 times but also triples the outcome and doubles the amount of ep.

Edit: When I use them I also apply super grow. Then the time will be nearly the same as when planting the normal fields.
