SOS Play It Cool Event Drop Items/Drinking Straws

Hi all!

The Play It Cool Event starts tomorrow and this thread is for those who need a helping hand from fellow farmers to finish or achieve personal goals during this event.

The (very rough) estimated daily/24 hour period requirement is: 180 Drinking Straws

If you need anything else for the event, ask for it here.

Please note:

My main farm (Illy1996) usually manages to get all drops. If I do need help, I will post here, My second farm, Chevrefeuille should be okay too and if I need help, I will post here.

So If you receive gifts from either of my farms, please do not send gifts to either of them.

If you want to return the favour, send to someone else asking for help.

Have all the melons, and very few straws dropped...
Does anybody know if any particular crop has a better drop ?

Hi Natasha - not sure if you are asking for help or not. You might be better asking your question in the strategy thread (given in my first post). Please post again if you do want farmers to send drinking straws but perhaps you are planting longer term crops and are getting better drops.

 

Yes, I am asking for help. At the drop rate I have on on straws there is no way I will get enough straws on my own.

update: i'd like you to everyone that helped me get all the way to the cloud row. that was my main goal and the rest i'll push for on my own. please send straws to the farms still in need.

Hello again everyone! My friend Kitakka is having drop issues, and is striving hard to get the cloud row. She's making progress in how to complete an event, but is riding that same raft of too few stars and too many things to open that guara is. Since she can't post in the forum, she has asked that I request any donations of straws you might be able to spare. Any of my neighbors on spots and bearbabe both who might reach me in their gift rotation, please give to Kitakka instead (I'm done on spots and will be shortly on bearbabe). Thanks for being so wonderful!

Need 380 straws still. Overall 32 tasks remaining.Appreciate all the help from you all.Thanks to all who are helping

 

Drops have slowed down considerably for me, so I am waaaaaaaaaaaaay off completing, especially as I am now harvesting by hand and not machinery, 4 straws hand harvested, compared to 16 when using machinery! ( have now used all of my coupons for machinery, and have been searching through the quests to gain more, but not having much luck!)
Roses have been the best overnight crop for me.
If anyone could possibly send over some straws, they will be gratefully received!

Do not send me anymore straws as my quota of 20 gifts is full and I won't be getting them even if you send. Pl. send them to other farmers who need help still. With the help of you all ,I am left with last 13 tasks (out 0f 140 tasks) and hope to finish it today before the event ends today. A very BIG THANK YOU to you all.
