spa products not given

I made 2 cream in my spa, but even though the message saying they were done showed up, when I went to make pineapple masque, it says I have no cream. The ingredients were not returned to me, either.

This seems to be a recurring problem... stars, other items are not being credited. Its not consistent, impacts different things at different times.. and when you check, apparently you show that everything is OK, even when it is not. I am beginning to write this stuff down as it happens, because you keep saying that I simply goofed. In some cases.. yes, I have, but not the most recent cases. Understand, I am not accusing or blaming you, I am saying that the data you are reviewing is somehow flawed.

I have checked your logs and you have produced 2 x Cream this morning, and they were added successfully to your barn - I have checked the level 2 of your Spa and they show both show up without problems, so there might be a small delay or display glitch on your end:

Thank you for all your attention, and I know this is frustrating, but something is definitely wrong. I went just now and there was only 1 cream showing, I was only able to make 1 pineapple m.

I have just made another cream, which I hope does take, but I really think this is more than just a display problem.. or at least not one integral to my computer. Consistently, I am not actually getting what I should. You confirm that I have indeed gotten the items, but they still are missing. Again, to complicate this there have been times when I did, indeed goof or when the issue was resolved by rebooting .. eventually. That is why I have begun writing this stuff down, so I can better track what is actually happening. (make sure it is a farmerama goof and not my error or a cache issue).

It is not that big a deal to me in and of itself. I am persisting on this for 2 reasons. First, I am not the only one who has voiced similar type complaints, and also, I am wondering if it might be related to the other problems (though I suspect the other problems-- the baha stuff, mostly has to do with low server capacity, perhaps even local servers, not BigPoint's).

You have made 1 Pineapple mango mask, but no other Cream, so you have 1 of the 2 left in your inventory, since you have used one for further crafting. I have checked your Spa history, and what you have crafted was the 1 Mask and a lot of Punch only, no Cream.

The logs are perfectly fine, I am sorry Should you disagree with this, please contact Support.

 

I do, that is the point, but I don't think it is your fault. I think that the logs are wrong.

I am really sorry, woody. The problem is that if the logs would be messed up, and goods would be missing, we would be flooded with complaints and reports, so it is really hard to assume that. I wish you the best of luck with your inquiry.
