Special Harvester Kit Not Crediting Harvester Feature

    This morning I purchased the Harvester Kit under Specials which should have contained 30 days of Harvester, Builder, Seeder, etc. Only some of the features have been activated, but not the Harvester. I actually ended up purchasing the Kit twice thinking that the initial purchase did not go through. I'm assuming because of the double purchase I should receive 60 days of Harvest Kit credit.

    I have filled out the incident information portion in the Purchase Issues area. Please look into this error and have it corrected for me as soon as possible.

    60 days x 24 hours = 1440 hours

    Your machinery has 1437 hours remaining which is correct as the hours are immediately available upon purchase.

    Sometimes you may need to refresh your browser after a purchase for it to be recognized in the system. Please refresh and then check your machinery functions.
