Spider Fern and grasping grass

I have not received any Spider Fern at all. so I am unable to play the new quest.
Also i received only 5 grasping grass, not 10 and 5 oaks.

I have now finally received the 5 seeds that you replinish after 5 hours. But I have never received the initial seeds. Please compensate me some how as I have been uable to grow the fern and mill the fairy food.
I would appreciate an answer.

Your logs show that you were booked the 10 fern spider starting seeds and they must have been planted to initiate the 5 seeds being booked later.

Sorry but i never received the first 10 spider fern. I send you a message at 6:50 pm your time. I had only 5 gripping grass and 5 oaks. I planted the grass.my first oaks trees took forever to give because I could not make the fairy dust to speed them up.
I only got the 5 spider fern much later. you can see than nothing was planted before I received the 5 because i did not have them.
I wrote in the general issue first and they told me to contact you. but with the hours difference you got my message late. So I lost 24hours of spider fern.
I do not know what happened because I have been a long time player, and it is the first time I am unable to start the quest, but it happened. I was short of 10 spider ferns and 5 gripping grass.

 

As shown above, your logs show the very first batch of Spider Fern booked you 10 seeds. You will need to contact Support so they can investigate further.
