Spring Cleaning Event Strategy

I have done a few calculations on what will be required for this event which starts tomorrow. Please feel free to be me straight if you disagree with my figures.

14,500 Arcane Sunflowers
7 Ghost Traps (requires 308 Spooky Widgets which will drop when harvesting spooky crops or trees)
500 Lilac
500 Lily of the Valley
500 Orchid
500 Cornflower

I may set up the SOS thread from this farm as Illy cannot access the Forum for the moment.

Popping by quickly just to point out that the amount of Spooky Widgets needed for completing the whole event is 308 ( 11 + 22 + 33 + 44 + 55 + 66 + 77 = 308 ).

Strategy at this point is: to ROFL at 14 point five gazillion junks! 14.5 gazillion!

And then some spooky stuff.

Simple but still ROFL ..... grow some junks get some more junks.

Given this picture in the FAQ



To get the cloudrow and a single set of the EP givers to fill it you'll need:

11,000 Arcane Sunflowers
4 Ghost Traps (requires 11+22+33+44 = 110 Spooky Widgets)
500 Lilac
500 Lily of the Valley
500 Orchid
500 Cornflower

Rooms #15, #2, #19 contain the double EP givers and may be skipped, as well as rooms #1 and #20 to get there. You'll miss some goodies but it saves a lot of Spooky Widgets. I suggest to do these rooms only after you have finished on the CR. You'll need another
3,500 Arcane Sunflowers
3 Ghost Traps (requires 55+66+77 = 198 Spooky Widgets)

Most logic path to follow for the CR and givers: 10-11-12-18-17-16 (giver1) -7-6-5 (giver 2) -8-9-14-13 (giver 3) -3-4 (CR)

Prepare your farm(s) for the mass growing of Arcane Sunflowers!

At least we don't need to prepare for drops, they are ONLY from the MM field.

Hi Neddy38, Drop can be got only from the Moonlight Playfield. Please see Spring Cleaning FAQ
So no carnation with comfort fields. May be regular 2x2 fields on Moonlight Playfield with super grows.

Easy and cost effectual route to get the cloud row & its items.
The numbers refer to the room numbers.

• For Cloud row : 10 => 11 => 12 => 7 => 8 => 3=> 4
• For Ghostbustin': 10 => 11=> 12=> 18=> 17=> 16
• For Ain't Afraid of No Ghosts: 10 => 11=> 12=> 07 => 08=> 09 => 14 => 13
• For Don't turn around: 10 => 11 => 12 => 07 => 06 => 05

Just now saw your post....after I posted mine....we are on the same path....didn't have the heart to delete mine....after colouring & others...so let it stay, please

 

• The FAQ says "You need exactly 7 Ghost-traps, for each ghost-haunted room, and the price goes higher with every ghost trap purchased" does that mean only 7 traps for the whole event or 7 traps each for the 7 rooms that are haunted in the picture so a terrifying ......... 49 traps? Now that would be really scarey!!!

That's a total of 7 ghost-traps for the whole event, one for each haunted room as it can be seen in the event chart as well - the event might be spooky but it's not THAT scary ! I've squeezed in a 'one' before the 'for each room' sentence to avoid any misunderstanding.

Farmers, wait until the event starts to send your gifts from after the next reset. That way you can send Spooky Widgets!

Spring Cleaning Info Check List

• Need 14500 Arcane Flowers to Complete All 20 Rooms
• 308 Spooky Widgets is Needed to Unlock All Seven Ghost Trap Rooms
• Only Get Ghost Traps in Moonlight Playing Field Reaping Tentacle Trees or Spooky Crops
• No Event Drops in Normal Playing Fields
• Cannot Use Comfort Fields in Moonlight Playing Fields
• Get Neighbours and Buddies to send you Spooky Widgets can get up to 20 Gifts per Day
• All Magic Trees Gives 1 Spooky Widget Every 24 Hours
• Cannot use Magic Trees in Moonlight Playing Fields
• You Start at Room 10 in the Ghost House by Default
• Need Ghost Traps in Rooms 2, 4, 5,13,15,16 and Room 19
• Need to Unlock Room 4 For Cloud Row. Plus Rooms 2,13 and 16 to Get Three Cloud Row Givers !
• We can use Moonlight Mania Cloud Row and Terror Bouquets during this Event
• Can Use Moonlight Mania Cloud Row Three Times during this Event Cool Cool Down Time is 48 Hours
• Moonlight Mania Reduce Spooky Crops Time by 10% for 24 Hours
• You Need at Least 12 Terror Bouquets Combined with Pinkie Pinkie Pinkie for This Event
• For Those Who have not yet unlocked Moonlight Mania Cloud Row as it helps reduce your spooky crop times by 10%. ( Need to Complete Clean for a Spell Quest Level 8 Diamond Level)
• Willow Tentacle Trees will help you with Drop of Spooky Widgets They Take 10 Hours to Grow
• Second Best Spooky Crop to Boost Drops of Spooky Widgets is Glowmold they Take 8 Hours to Grow
• Can use Suzy Super Mulch on Willow Tentacle Trees Reduce time by 30%
• Willow Tentacle Trees Requires fair bit of Spooky Crops to Make !!
• Best Spooky Crop to Grow Overnight is Glowmold but only Takes 8 Hours to Harvest !! (Risk of Moonlight Playing Field being Idle !!
• Can use Chestnut Cloud Row for 6 Hours but Cool Down Time is 96 Hours can be used Twice in this Event
• Chestnut Cloud Row Helps Nuking Spooky Crops using Super Grow combined with White Innocents Buff and Terror Bouquet Helps too
• Do not forget to use Howie Donuts in Moonlight Playing Field as it helps boost your drops of Spooky Widgets

I have 14 Willow Tentacle Trees and Rest in Glow Molds ready to be reaped when Event Starts Tomorrow just to see how many Spooky Widgets I be Getting

 

Mooboy, you have 8 room numbers for Ghost Traps, we only need 7. Plus, I don't believe you can place Howies in MM field.

Thanks for getting this up. Now from what I got:
Flower to be grown on normal fields.
The crops in MM are the only way to get drops. But not used in event just for storage.
12 terror bunches and a PPP, ok, how many CAC,WI ? I know you use xx amount before PPP or it will not exdend help?

Drops in normal fields will just be normal. Ok I thinks I got it.
