I would very happily have participated in this event, I like using the event field (especially when it gets its own buff/Happy Hour, hint, hint :music:) - until I saw the change of field for drops to Magical Glade was announced. I realise that this is because of the weekend event needing stables for drops but how about using the Baha fields? We almost never have events on Bahamarama! 8)

Why is it that we always seem to get the wrong faqs about an event!? We come to the forum to get the information so we can go back and set up lands to get the drops. We pass the information onto our friends and neighbors who do not have the time to come to the forum and get the faqs for themselves only to have you change the fields on us! This just is not right and I for one am less than impressed with the way we are treated! If people have come and got the faqs, set their lands up ,and then left the game to get on with their lives they have no idea they won't get drops from where they set their lands up!:(

Sanddollar15 that is because of the feedback what is given after the faq was published and was forwarded to the gameteam

I also love having events on event Play field. I understand peoples frustration with changes in faq because we do look and most move on. Most farmers make errors and then try to correct. I have all bahamara well over level 800 so as far as I am concerned, keep having events on event field and then I can keep trying to finish Farmer Society quest!

I always prefer the event field, as I dislike having to rearrange any of my other fields for events.

Maybe the event field could be given its own buffs so we do not need to rely on other fields. How about the Magic Tree always giving EF drops or special buffs added to the Wheel.

I would also like to see any and all drops for all coinciding events be options to give as gifts. Being able to gift coin purses would help players. Perhaps all/some of these suggestions might make things more enjoyable for all players :D

I like events on the event field as it allows me to farm normally on the main farm. It defeats the purpose to have the flexibility of what I want to work on if I have to devote a field to be set up for drops only. Due to the regular event requirement using the main field and Green Meadow, my Glade was set up with items that were more of a long term plan rather than the frequent event setup we see for mainland. Many of them came from Piccolo Wonder boxes and have charges remaining and I'm reluctant to remove them and lose those benefits. Why can't event drops come from the event field itself? Why can't we use equivalent farm goods to open those fields rather than drops? It would give us a chance to use farm goods of our choosing.

I do like that we don't need to mill anything for this event and that both crops are the same duration. I've now opened all the areas so now it is a grow and donate event which suits me very well especially since there are other events going on right now. I'm not looking to do anything complicated so two puppy paws up. :)

Yes, I agree with all about using the event field for events. :p
However, why restrictions of what we can plant and where? :sleepy: First we need lots of pink magnolia.....but can only plant on 2 of 4 sections.
Same when we move onto needing feathered fern.
    A bit frustrating!

I agree, I missed the fact that there are restrictions on the fields and will not be able to finish. I should have factored in one more harvest a day but didn't and now it is too late to get the last giver. I can't even ask anyone for it in G&T cos, if they have it, they will be placing it on their CR. Also, if I had cleared my Glade I would have moved that bit quicker.

All this said, these were my errors and if I had had the wherewithal to work it all out (despite all the help given in the strategy thread, working out the Event field for me is still a little tricky!), I wouldn't have even started the event, just planted the event plants and got as many of the earlier goodies as I could. :music:
    Hindsight is a wonderful thing!xD
