Spring Festival Magic Stalk Row

I'm so ready for Spring that I have fallen in love with this new Spring Row....but I don't have the Cloud Row feature open yet.
If I bought the cloud row, could I place the givers on my farm or Baha until I can get it open??
I am only level 48, so it might be a while...

Edit: I noticed that it said: Requires any two 1X1 items, any one 1X2 item, and any one 2X2 item.
Since the givers come with the purchase of the CR...
Does this mean: 1.) that we can buy the cloud row more than once? So that 2.) we can place any 1X1's, 1X2's, and 2X2's on the cloud row?? Or.....??

When you are able to open the cloud rows, all the rows you win in quests or events, as well as, all rows you purchase will be waiting for you.

The givers come with the row and you have the option of placing them in the row or other givers. You can only purchase the row once but you can buy the givers multiple times.

So I can put the CR givers that come with the cloud row on my Park, and put other givers on the CR? Great!!
