1. Orange dahlia - Plantable on the 3 main lands (main farm, green meadow, magical glade) - 4 hrs to grow
2. Red orchid - Plantable on the 3 tropical lands (bahamarama, rainforest) - 6.30 hrs to grow

Event drop

1. Red leaf
   From 3 main lands (main farm, green meadow, magical glade) - trees, crops, stables, workshops
2. Yellow leaf
   From 2 tropical lands (bahamarama, rainforest) - trees, crops, stables, workshops

Mill Product
Cornucopia = 9 Red leaves + 9 Yellow leaves
Time: 5 minutes

Total Requirements (Event Crops, drops & mill products)

• 14,000 orange dahlia
• 6,500 Red orchid
• 596 Red leaves (416 +180 (for mill product))
• 545 Yellow leaves (365 + 189 ( for mill product))
• 20 Cornucopia
  • 180 Red Leaves = 20 x 9 Red leaves
  • 180 Yellow leaves = 20 x 9 Yellow leaves

Thanks for doing this 12. I came up with the same numbers.
I would like to point out though that those players who live in time zones that haven't changed yet to recalculate their start time. I'm in the western USA and a 14:00 start time for me has been 5am... due to the time changing in Europe before us it is 6am for this event (our time changes this weekend so also keep that in mind for the end time)

My issue I have is Ive not opened 'snakes' to open camels and toucans. Ah well will see how close I can get to open them during event

Assuming you have all the fields open, Using CAC, it will take 7.5 full harvests of the Orange Dahlia's and 6 harvests of the Red Orchids

 

I'm confused, but I'll muddle through. But, I don't understand this: we can plant the event crop on Crystal Falls, but will get no event drops from Crystal Falls? Makes no sense, but okay...

2,i don't have snakes ethier... as i have not seen them at all...
3 im in usa too and event start time for me is 8am.... but yes time change this weekend... oh boy...
4, thank you Banjo for that info... it surely helps me with less math to mess up on....lol
5, i got trees on my crystal falls....lol that can also be a error... but any event least you have few more spaces to plant if you can plant there... so far we haven't had drops of any kind from crystal falls that i can remember... besides the normal of tools and craft stuff.

so i will be tugging away at this event and see how i can do..... the other event for farm coins.... not sure i will do it... im slowly but surely getting things stocked... hate to redo it....lol not like we get good things out of it so may save it for CR events or other things.... as i dont mind useing my barn, cheaper to grow then to buy anyway...lol so far we cant use wonderfruit... and doubt we will get a extention on event cause of this.... as we save ours till we can use... unless they cant fix it till last minute then they may have to extend fruit market event for that....

Snakes or rather Anacondas are in the 5th Monkey Temple. Sloth, Anaconda, Camel, Toucan and Koala. I was hoarding my GBs for a long time and opened them up before last breeding event to stock up on reptiles. Caution - They eat your cute Chickens and Rabbits.

Thanks for crunching the numbers 12. I am in pretty good shape for this event especially the left side. Only missing a few items. Drops and Event Crops will be the challenge.

I am sitting out on the Fruit Market except to give Wonderfruit. I decided to be patient for coins needed to open up Crystal Falls.
I like Cloud Rows more.....

If I do any of this, it won't be to the end. I'm gone pretty much the entire day Friday (and have a busy week overall), so don't see how I'll make it to the CR anyway. I also don't have some of the requirements on the FAQ list. Might dip in for some prizes, but barn drains at the moment don't really interest me. Working so hard to build up inventory for star related FSQs, trophies, etc. Might do a bit, but not doing any prep for it.

 

Lol... That is exactly the way I felt, Jazac! If they had stuck them at the end I might just be opening it today, too!

 

think I will give this a try but not work overtime at it as I want to balance doing the event & yet, keeping some semblance of normalcy on my farm.

as for the tree/fruit "donation" ... why would anyone do a medium or large donation?
so here comes my public school math education ~
1 Farm coin = 20K fruits
3 FCs = 72K fruits *OR* .... 24K per coin
8 FCs = 22400K *OR* .... 28k per coin
am I missing something here?

 

Thanks for the this tread and heads up info for this event 12ss12. I am sure it is a typo error that we will be getting orange leaves drops from Crystal Falls...!

I am all in with this event, as there are some lovely prizes to be won with this event. Phew it is not asking much it way requirements for this event.

As for crops it is cheaper to buy all you need from the stores during this event as it much cheaper than you would buy from the markets as you are limited to 100 crops of each kind every 24 hours Login

But cannot buy Products or Animals from the Store

I am skipping the Fruit Market 100% as there is nothing New for me to buy from Shop O Rama, which can be accessed at anytime. I got health stock of Farm Coins anyway. It is not worthy to donate my fruit tree barn stocks. While on this subject of tree fruits.

It has been announced that Frappe Ole Event and Harvest Event has be swapped dates. So now the Harvest Event will now start from 15th to 23rd Nov. So be Warned especially for all those who not done or experienced Harvest Event before. It is Barn Draining event. It does not help the fact all tree fruits prices in the markets have gone up exponentially this year compared to last year fruit market prices.

Hope this event goes without a hitch

 

Won't be able to finish (away tomorrow), but event crops are planted. I'll do what I can -- see if I can pick up some decent prizes (besides stickers -- lol).

 

I was thinking exactly the same thing. Got the numbers the wrong way round lol! Plus the requirements go up!

I will be donating only Wonderfruits if I get enough but none of my fruit, ah ah, no way!

As for the Spring into Fall Event 131 Red Leaves from two fields of Turnips with trees around the edges plus Glade filled with all my good stuff and 84 Yellow Leaves with Honeydew Melons and trees round the edges. I think that as there are less Red Orchids required, these levels should even out as everyone gets all the Red Orchids grown and can grow longer crops.

Anyhow, I am going to try to do three rounds of Orange Dahlias and two rounds of Red Orchids daily and the longest plants possible overnight to build up drops - well that's the plan. Who knows?

I shall probably send out Yellow Leaves to all my neighbours as they are only dropping on two fields compared to three fields for Red Leaves.

Uhh, Illy...
Red leaves only drop on the 2 Baha fields, the yellow leaves drop on all 3 of the mainland fields

 

No I believe illy is right as on my 3 main farm lands I am getting Red leaves and on Baha I am getting only Yellow leaves!
