Spring Into Fall - Strategy

I just peaked at the event. Looks like they have BB buy out for steps.
First step for 100 dahlias is 25BB
50 red orchids is 20BB

I need 20 GB to open hibiscus....
Looks like a workaround if I want to waste BB .....

 

1st big harvest when logging in, I got 104 yellow leaves (21 from Magic trees and 9 from gifts) and 126 red leaves ( one red leaf gift) as drops. Thinking from this, it will be harder to get yellow leaves

 

Yes DBAYES... It shall be all yellow gifts from now on...

 

I have done two full fields of Red Orchids gave 30 yellow leaves. 3 Fields gave 24 red leaves. Considering just using water the drop rate of red leaves is better than yellow leaves ratio. Therefore yellow leaves are bit harder to obtain. So i agree with others to send yellow leaves as gifts at first!

I wouldnt advise to spend BB to progress a level. Most of you should be able to do all of left side task chain. But the right side task chain is misleading it does not depends on your Baha Level. It depends you have enough GB to unlock Temple Statues in the Monkey Temple. I would suggest to mention this in feedback of this event as it is very misleading saying you only need to be Baha Level 3

I can only stress for some of you just do what you can with this event Farmers such as me and many others have unlocked all of event requirements. It just a question of building up event crops and drops.

Not all events are aimed for all newbie farmers sadly. As there has been few events aim for high level farmers in the past, or farmers who hoard lots of stuff.

It is nice to obtain as Pheasant roost and Crocodile Pond. They are very very hard to get with wonder stable event. At Barter and Gift tough to get a Crocodile Pond. But not possible to get an Pheasant roost. As both are needed to build up stock on the latest workshop production pens.

A suggestion for those who can't complete this event.......sell manure to make lots of CC's. In my market, there is no manure because many players are buying as soon as it is available.

 

Oh dear 1st mess up. Because as you may know I can only get to level20 on Baha side which I have already reached so what have I done Ive planted Red Orchids in 2 fields obviously I dont need them. Wonder if can donate to trophies

Don't worry too much Phoenix. The event crop usually has a very good EP/TEP for it's growth time. And when the event finished the left over will be exchanged into 6 TEP and 4 CC per seed. So that would also boost your tep-bar. In fact this might be a very good thing to do.

 

Only one manure on my market

 

How's everybody doin'? I'm currently at step 49 on the left, step 42 on the right... I need 312 more red leaves and 300 more yellow to finish. My farm is level 98 and I'm at 28% for the LL. I've only received 6 red leaves and 7 yellow as gifts so far (and some wonder fruits). Glad drops are somewhat inline by just growing event crops up to this point. I put in long-ish crops over night, still several hours to go before harvest tho. We'll see how far behind the yellow leaves fall (pun intended ). Can't wait to be done growing event crops so I can focus on getting more drops per harvest, I'm already starting to dread the steps that are asking for drops

 

Due to a late start, I am currently at step 31 on both the left and right and waiting on the harvest. I have no idea how many drops I still need but want to thank my neighbors and friends for their thoughtfulness in sending gifts. I'm truly touched by your kindness.

 

Growing crops only at moment. Have not started on claiming prizes or milling. Hubby kindly told me we are going out Tuesday so will have to have this all sorted by Monday evening! That's nearly a whole day I will miss out on.

 

I haven't started doing the actual event yet. Still growing and collecting! Thanks to those who have helped me!!

 

I finished 94 steps, 49 on left, 45 on right. I have 9 yellow and 74 red leaves.
I grew bitter ginger last night (needed some). Think I will go back to Honeydew melon overnight.

 

I'm nearly done with both crops with about one and a half harvests to go. The drops have not been that good but hopefully this will change with longer crops and a few animals. I'm growing, collecting and milling everything first and will then enjoy completing each step without worrying about whether I have enough supplies.

 

So far, 58 finished on the left and 48 on the right. Short of drops, but plenty of time to go for them. I like very much this kind of event: not large quantities of anything!

You know you're lucky when the Wheel of Goodies shows the 200% harvest bonus. I know I was very lucky when the big prize was granted to me! Thanks to that I now finished 120 tasks in the event and have the CR up and running.
Had a fast and quite smooth sail to the goal. Now switching to some serious poo farming for a bit, sold some of it for just over 2,000 CC/each. Hope the drops will be as generous as with the event plants.. I still need a bunch of leaves for the tasks ahead.

31/30 of 75 im not moving fast it seems....lol stuck waiting for drops/crops and now i have to pull my factory out after crops gets ready... need a flying carpet.... so will have that made soon.... yes i made a few coins on the manure too... not much didnt have much stocked up....lol

I've got lucky twice, running 200% harvest twice from party spin wheel...like, Holy Moly!I can't stand tearing down my fields for events, so this extra bonus worked out nice! I'm 9 steps away from the cloud row, left 51/75 and right 62/75, running low on Yellow leaves again and out of super grow, dang...we need a SG and SS sale, like tomorrow should have stocked up earlier (kicks me-self)

Now to get all my Stables and Workshops back out, as well as recoup my crops .
