We must both be passionate purple people, pnp! :inlove:xD I also love those purple crocus. I hope your appointment goes well, and you're not too tired out at the end of the day. And no stress headaches, those stink. I'm now at 55 on the right, still 7 on the left, working right first. Just need dew drops to finish off that side, which I hope to have when I harvest chayote in a few hours. As a bonus, I finally found a plant worth using a tiki timer on! Timers drop harvest time on chayote from 15 hours to a little over 9, and I have over 1200 tiki timers in my barn. :music:

Each of my three farms has completed at least 80 tasks. I'm planning on doing all 150 tasks, so I'm past my half way point. The event was only 1/3 over at 96h remaining. So I'm in really good shape to finish this event. The event is half over when there is 72h remaining on the clock.

I'm still not sure how they determine event difficulty. For me and others with well established farms this is a rather easy event. For lower level players... not so much, nearly impossible.

For the ppl that still need to advance their Baha don't forget... harvesting Magical Stalk rows, if you have it open, as often as possible. And use/buy Mango Orange Smoothie and Red Punch if you have the spa open. I go thru a lot of vanilla...
Keep in mind... unless the SOS thread rules have changed... one can ask for things other than event drops. Like... MOS or RP to advance one's Baha. Or even something to advance your Spa or Alchemy. Keep in mind if you get greedy... it won't make you any friends. Ideally your intent should be to achieve your goal, independence, and then help others.
You can donate things to advance levels in the trades, haven't heard anyone mention that in a long time. There was a thread for advancing Trades as quickly as possible on the old forum. If there isn't one on this forum, start one. All of my trades are Level 5 except for Florist. Is there anything I'm missing at L5 Florist? I have a few things sitting around that I can't use/sell, might be able to gift them.

Sell some of those tiki timers... I didn't buy the pet.

    Rots a ruck y'all!

Wish I could, pretty sure we're not able to, tho. Thus the surplus sitting gathering dust. Until recently, no Baha vegetables worth using it on, at least to me, and I'd stopped paying attention to them. I'd be happy to gift them to others who would like some, but would prefer to wait until between events, so I can continue to take care of my neighbors with drops.

What are Magical Stalk rows? Something new in the last year? or Is my memory fading again? LOL :p

I'm at 35/ 43 so I guess I'm on track. I did Carnations last night & I am nuking 2 more field of Carnations since I have the refinery and a ton of SG. Since, I won't nuke BAHA fields so I have to be patient. I have to do so more math, but I think I will be finished with the BAHA plants after this round. I'll have to look into some of the suggestions about reducing time.

Big question of the day??? How are we suppose to open our new stalls and obsess about drops???? This is not fair BP.

I went ahead and used 1 field for the new stalls.

Been there for ages. It's the Cloud row. On main map, top left corner, a bean stalk to the couds. A place where we have clouds for our deco, or rather we win rows and items to fit, in most events.

OK - In my defense, I always call it Cloud - whatever. Magical Stalk rows - just through me off. Thought Suzee might be talking about the Cloudy thingy - just wanted to make sure something new wasn't snuck in while I was napping. Thank you Moraine!

I just call it clouds or CR too. :)

At 31 on both sides and hopefully have the last run of event crops to harvest soon. Then will do saguaro and rose hips for drops. Looks to be plenty of time to finish, so not worried.:)

Hope everyone continues to do well with the event!

spots - The tiki timers can be gifted. ;) I use them all the time. At night I use it with Chayote(15 hrs.) or Habanero (14hrs) at night. Or for the day on sweet potatoes or any other vegetables especially combined with the cloud row that gives +1 on veggies for 24 hrs!

I think...not sure....that we can get a drop from a mystery stable. Anyone know this to be a fact?

What variables are essedntial when you are optimizing drop rate, EP, crop worth or anything like it? It must be very difficult to compare stables/trees/crop etc. and get it fair enough. I usually have no problems with collecting drops, overkill sometimes 50 - 100 %, but this time it feels harder than ever. After at least 1/3 of event time I have enough main land crop (23 h) and Baha crop (36 h) but if not drop rate is raised I am going to miss a complete cloud row and I think that CR is what we all are working for, .

Time is the key to droprate, EP doesn't matter. It is the base time that matters, so even if you reduce the time with water/manure/super grow/refinements etc. the drops depend on the base time. But note that if you try to "reduce" the time of a stable by using a yellow upgrade the drop depends on the base time for the yellow stable, not the original one. That is because colored stables have their own base time, they don't just change the time of the original. But you can use water and/or valentines pot etc. to reduce the time. I don't know how exactly to compare drops from stables/trees/crops, but I always prefer crops when I'm in need for drops. Especially crops where I have good refinements that reduce the time, for instance crop square or raspberries. If you grow a long crop, 1x1 plots are preferable. If the time is short you won't get that many drops and plot size won't really matter. Good luck!

P.S. Something that comes up from time to time: CAC does not affect drops!

Pretty much the same here, olofkalle. In a complete turnaround, I have lots of crops...and am really hurting for drops!! It is usually the other way around for my farms!!

    Terrible
drop rate! Can you fix this BP?? Pretty Pleeeeease??!!:music:

I forgot to mention that I filled the drop demand for Dewdrops much better than Snowflakes even if it still is very poor, a BP mistake in coding the event?

70 steps on the baha side done.
18 steps on the mainland side.
Last baha field with event plants ready at around 10 pm. Then on to the long term crops to boost drop rate
All mainland event plants done. a few stalls but mostly fields on them. Long term carnations will go in overnight.
Hope that there will be some drops tomorrow morning.

My intention is to go for the lion stall first. Cloud row seems not too inspiring as it is "only" giving EP/TEP but nothing fancy

What I really hate is, that we are getting the givers once with the overall progress and then again for the single steps.. What shall people do with a double set of givers? You can only put them once on the cloud row. hmpf :(

    Good Luck to everybody !!

bit lost. need to donate sugar apples .... but says I have none but have lots of rollina sugar apples in the barn ? Is this a different product ?

Yes.. Rollinia sugar apple is different to the sugar apples.

If you don't have the correct ones, try it on the market. Good Luck!

You have to have Annona trees unlocked for this, they give sugar apples.

I'm also waiting around for drops, specifically snowflakes. I've got my refined roses out with the flower CR and alchemist buffs going. Still not a situation that calls for SG as there is plenty of time but we'll see how it goes.
