Stand alone launcher again

    Hi team,
    Good evening everyone. I'm sorry to bother you all with the same repeat problem that I had last week but it's happened again! I have been unable to access my farm for a few days, I have followed the advice given to me from shooger from last time but to no avail.
    It is with a sad and heavy heart that I call on your help again. Can you suggest anything that can help in my hour of need.

    Can you try following the steps mentioned here to see if you can log in successfully with your Firefox browser.

    Good morning shooger
    I have followed the steps that you mentioned previously and still nothing. Last week when the issued was resolved, the launcher was 'successfully updated' to my laptop and I believe that this was the fixer. As I have no idea as and when updates for the launcher are available or going to happen, I openly admit that I'm not tech savvy in any way but I am able to follow directions yet I am still not able to access my farm:cry:
    I will continue to follow your advice throughout the day and I'll get back to you later once I have un-crossed my fingers.

    The launcher should update when you log in. I hope that you will be able to access the Game soon :(

    Good afternoon shooger
    I've been trying all day, repeated attempts to log in, clear cache, deleting launcher and re-installing but so far still not getting there:cry:firefox gets to 100% and just keeps spinning the yellow loading flower:cry: I'll keep doing what I'm doing over the weekend and let you know how it goes. If I'm not successful, I may need to ask you do something for me, is this ok:) enjoy the rest of your day.

    Good afternoon shooger

    Sadly I have not been able to access my farm again today despite multiple attempts:cry:I am going to keep trying for the rest of this evening and again tomorrow (finger crossed). Can I let you know by tomorrow evening if I'm successful:)

    Hi shooger & Farmers.Almanac:D
    I have finally been able to access my farm today:D however, after a lot of thought (mainly down to my personal life problems), I have made the decision to cancel my premium farmer subscription and have demolished all of my fields (with the exception of the moonlight fields). Can I make a request that when they are available, that someone on the team will demolish the moonlight fields for me and then have all of my assests shared equally between my very loyal neighbours.
    I cannot express how much fun I have had with farm life, how much I feel towards my neighbours nor how much your help has been appreciated. Unfortunately, real life is painful for me right now and I have to move forward one step at a time. Giving up my farm is a huge loss to me but right now it reminds me of the pain and as I'm a dweller on things, I need to do this for myself to have a brighter future.
    I also have a second farm (I haven't accessed that one for a very long time and can't remember the password to be able to either) but if I give you the farm name (GrimReaperDude), can you please also distribute everything from there for me too. Obviuously, you are welcome to help yourselves to any goodies that you may want, but I'd appreciate it if my neighbours had the first offerings.
    Thank you all again for your help and support over the many years that I have played the farm game. You are all wonderful and I wish you all well for the future.

    I'm glad you were finally able to get into your farm and we are sorry to see you go but understand you need to make a decision that is best for you. We wish you well in your future :)

    We cannot dismantle your farms. You have the option to leave them as is so that if you decide you can return in the future, you will be able to pick up where you left off or you can send your neighbors items during the next Gift and Trade. Should you want or need to access your 2nd farm, you can follow the steps here to change your password.

    Thank you for your understanding. It's a shame that the farm can't be distributed but I understand.
