Stand alone launcher

    Good evening team

    I am sorry to bother you but I am having a problem with logging in to the game:cry: I've been using the stand alone launcher :inlove: (which I absolutely love) but this evening, I haven't been able to get past the first 15 seconds of loading:cry:. Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    I'm leaving some tasty goodies for you all to share (if you want to) in the usual place.

    Hello A7XKo7nchick,

    You can try deleting the standalone client from the shortcut on your desktop and then reinstall it from the link in your browser to see if that helps. If you provide your ID# I can also try clearing your server logs.

    Thank you for the advice, unfortunately re-installing the shortcut doesn't seem to have made a difference:cry: I have tried a few times but have succeeded. How silly of me to forget my ID, 52406790, so if you're able to clean things from the server log, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you have more success than I've had.
    Sadly, I have to go on with RL duties and won't be back until this evening, have a great day and thank you for always being helpful

    I have tried repeatedly to access my farm and I'm still unable to do so:cry::cry:my launcher is now on version 11 if this helps, I'm at a loss this end and I'm about to lose my daily login with fuzzles:cry:can you advise me further please

    Can you try logging in from your web browser to see if you can log in successfully. You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies and try rebooting your computer to see if that helps you log in again with the Standalone client.

    Alas, I am still not able to access my farm:cry::cry:my cache/cookies have been cleared, my pc has been rebooted, the web browser will begin to load but becomes static at 100%, I've deleted the standalone and tried again. I can attempt again later this evening after RL interferences but it's not looking hopeful. Can you keep this thread open for a while longer as I may need your assistance for a little longer.

    I can only suggest you try different browsers to see if any of them let you log in until the Standalone Client begins to run smoothly again :(

    Good evening shooger:) I hope you've had a marvelous day. I have followed your advice since returning home, I've tried using chrome as well as microsoft edge :)wuerg:) as opposed to firefox and I am still not able to access my farm. I will keep trying over the coming weekend but if I am still unable to log in, can I ask you to cancel my subscription for the time being. I'm hoping that things won't come to that and that this problem is resolved as soon as possible.
    Can I again request that this thread is left open so that I can let you know how/if there is any change. My fingers are as tightly crossed as they can be.
    Have a wonderful bank holiday weekend, I'm hoping that you'll be spending the time with your loved ones:) thank you again for all of your help and advice:)

    I will leave this thread opened until the issue has been resolved and you are able to log in successfully. You may also try checking your ad blocker settings and your firewall to make sure it is not blocking the window from opening.

    You can also try these steps to see if you can get the Game to run in Firefox:
    • Open Application Menu (3 horizontal lines in top right corner)
    • Go to Options "Privacy and Security Cookies and Site Data"
    • Clear Data
    • Close tabs and browser
    • Relaunch FF browser

    Good morning shooger:)it is with great happiness that I can report that I have finally accessed and tended to my beloved farm:inlove:as you can imagine, I am very happy this morning:inlove:without knowing exactly what went wrong or how it was resolved, my current issue is over:D
