The start time for Carnival Queen is listed as
Starts: Tuesday, 2nd of October at 16:00 CEST (UTC+2)
Ends: Thursday, 4th of October at 10:00 CEST (UTC+2)

This is two hours later than usual but still listed as utc+2
please clarify
