Started an account through Bigfish, how to migrate?

Hello,

I created an account through Bigfish, but I haven't found a way to sign in to this website with the username I created. Is there any way to do this or do I lose the progress (and purchases) I made through Bigfish if I want to log in here and have access to the forum etc? I created a second, dummy account to post this.

Bigfish Games have their own Forum, so if you wish to participate in this forum, you will need to use the new account that you created. You can still play your initial Game through Bigfish and use the new account for the Forum.

I hope so, as that doesn't address the main issue. This website has a cleaner layout than Bigfish, I'd prefer to be able to migrate the account without loosing my progress. Are you saying that's not possible?

 

That is correct. It is not possible to migrate your BigFish account. You can retain your account through BigFish keeping your progress on that account. However, if you wish to participate in this forum, you will need to use your new account.

Nah, Bigfish layout sucks and i'm level 15 already. If the developers have no intention of helping users like me transition to a better gameplay environment, i'll just play something else. Thanks!
