Still cannot get from field to field AND

Still having to refresh to get from field to field

Have refreshed 3 times in the last few minutes ...NOW i Cannot get into my farm
It is at 55% please wait ...and isn't moving and don't think it's going tooo
Am wasting time in this event
Refreshed again and now has decided to let me in

Thank you Woody... Have cleaned them ...made no difference ...wish it had works for a while ...then it happens again

Found out that other people are having the same problem
Just been to FS... now have got to refresh to get back to the main field

Past midnight here ...need to get some sleep ...will be back tomorrow to see if it has been answered

 

not a mod, but have you tried clearing your cache, restarting your computer as well as the game? If you don't know how to clear your cache, there is a thread on it.

As most of the Team are on Holidays till next week, there is not much else we can do to help. Have you tried using a different browser than Chrome of Internet Explorer?

Ok Thank you Shooger i will wait until next week ...if two browsers are doing the same i cannot see another would help

And the other people with the same problem ...probably have different browsers

Have tried mozzilla and didn't find it very user friendly

Browser i use has always worked fine without a problem

THINK the problems We are getting ....MAY be from the last windows update installed...

which on my computer is....

Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3132372)
successfully installed on 29th/12/2015


Sometimes i play cards at a site ...and this site is having problems also...they wrote..

***While we're looking into a permanent solution for the Windows 10 issues, you can try the following for now:

1) Click the Start Button
2) Type in Windows Update and click "Advanced Windows Update Options".
3) Click "View your update history".
4) Click "Uninstall updates".
5) Click the latest update and click Uninstall

(which i haven't uninstalled ...because that is putting my computers security at risk) AND it would install it's self again)

The problem is most likely with new updates to your system, as the problem is not due to the BP servers. Hopefully you can find a fix for the IE update, or delete IE and try another browser.

But i use Chrome browser for gaming ...maybe its the same for that ..i don't know
