still freezing game/dancing daisies

    I haven't been able to actually play for three days. If I can get the game open I go straight to park to harvest pets and then Im stuck and have to log out. I opened today and tried to put out trees that turn to daisies and then vanish. I hate to complain so, but I spend alot of money playing my farm and really enjoyed that. Maybe if I quit spending so much I wouldn't get so disappointed. Could someone please check my farm again, if we cannot fix this maybe I should contact my cable company and see if its something on this end. Thank you mods!;) (and for hearing my complaints I leave you all chocolate coconut bars...as soon as I crack the second coconut...)

    When you are unable to access your account or play, please contact support immediately. There is nothing we can do if you contact us days later :( . Your farm is loading fine, without any problems, so please try all the usual troubleshooting steps on your end, and if you still cannot log in and load the farm properly after clearing everything, please let us know. I have cleared your server cache as well. Trying a different browser would be a good idea too.
