Still having issues

    You are still having issues - yesterday I couldn't get logged in so lost the entire night to get crops etc - The German & English thing is still popping up - when are you going to get all these issues corrected? It is getting very annoying using sg etc & then it was just a waste - I don't see you reimbursing us for the waste of our resources when your system isn't working. Thinking of just going back to doing jigsaw puzzles and games that don't require money to play. I"ve been playing this game since 2009 & spent a lot of money. Your inability to keep this game running smoothly for us is becoming more & more frustrating & will get to a point where no one will want to play this game anymore.

    Hello Floridasolve,

    Unfortunately all I can say at this moment is that issues will be fixed as soon as possible. It would be great if there was this magical button which would solve all the problems by just pushing it, but I'm afraid the reality is more complicated. I know this is not what you want to hear, but we all need some more patience while waiting for resolution. After all it is weekend unfortunately.

    If there will be compensation we will update all of you naturally via announcement. Unfortunately mod-team doesn't have any info about that at this point.
