Still missing Thermos Flasks and Reindeer

I still seem to be missing these. I had 65 Thermos and 2 Gift Reindeer converted this morning and they haven't wandered back home yet.

I've tried refreshing, logging out and back on again etc.

I've just refreshed and sadly they are still missing.


ETA I've just cleared my flash, refreshed again and still no luck.

 

I have cleared your cache from the server. Can you please log out and then re-log back in. Your reindeer are in your inventory and you have 29 Thermos flask left in inventory as you have recently finished milling 3 backpacks.

Just tried that and the thermos flasks are still missing. I had 65 in my inventory last night and they had been converted when i logged in this morning. I took a screenshot at the time in case there was a problem.

The thermos flasks that I am using today to mill backpacks are from this morning's harvests - 3 fields mainly of carnations and one of honeydew melons.

 

I will try to break down the numbers:

Since the start of the event, you have earned through drops, a total of 702 thermos flasks. You have received 30 thermos flasks from Neighbour gifts. That is a total of 732 thermos flasks received.

Up to this point, you have used 300 to make 30 backpacks and donated 400 to the event for a total of 700 thermal flasks used. You have 26 left in your inventory.The last few may be Neighbour gifts that have yet to come through.

I am still missing those 65 thermos though - I kept checking my inventory all morning and even more so after I saw that a script had been run to fix it.

Milling 3 backpacks only takes 30 thermos so I would still have spotted a sudden, unharvested increase of another 30 or so to my thermos numbers.

Looks like I won't be getting them back now but again thank you for trying, it is very much appreciated.

 

I believe the confusion has come from the fact that by the time I got home and posted the Announcement of the script, the items had already been booked back to the users, several hours by then. You would not have seen them back in your inventory unless you had refreshed/logged out and back in to your Game after the script had been run.
As the Gift reindeer made it back to your Barn, it is safe to say that the flasks were returned also. If you feel this is wrong, you are welcome to contact Support to see if they can assist you further.
