stolen BB's and a stocking

I don't believe this! I just posted how I have to pay to open up #25 stocking AGAIN, paid to get the gift and its locked again?! Are u kidding me?? This is exactly what Im talking about! YOU have a glitch! Totally unfair that u want me to pay twice? I had 48 BB's, U took 13 BB's, leaves me with 35 but the stocking is locked again and I don't get the stars?? Unbelievable!!

Have you tried refreshing the Game to see that the stocking shows as opened? If you post your ID#, I can check your account.

This is Goddessofkaos… (Im on my Shetaz71 farm responding):: I don't know WHY giving the ID will do any good. All u will tell me is, "We have gone into ur farm and nothing is wrong." And Im telling u there is. Do u want to know WHY 1000 farmers aren't complaining here about the calendar? Because they will be told the same thing as I have... there is nothing wrong. WHY should everyone post when we get hit in the face about this? Do u have any idea how frustrating this is? I PAID to have it opened -AGAIN - after 2 days... went to check farm #1, came back to discover #25 locked again, stole 13 BB, didn't give my stars and relocked a third time! I have paid for #2 because I simply forgot about it. BUT, I made darn sure I was in here every single day so I wouldn't have to pay. I had to pay for #27 because my internet service went down for 10 hrs. I couldn't get in. So, yes I had to pay for that. But I shouldn't have had to pay for #9 that locked after 2 days of being open AND for #25 that was also open for 2 days.

I thought u guys were here to really help us. U aren't. U give no help whatsoever unless its a question about how many hrs will it take to complete a quest. U refuse to help us when problems like this arise. All u tell is too bad... pay for it again. Don't u think u should also be telling Support about this? That, "Hey, we have farmers here that are experiencing a glitch in the game." Again, these are die-hard people that are in here every day for these stockings. Like I said previously in another post... I really feel for Farmraised… there is no way he missed all 5 stockings and to tell him he did.. isn't right. U should have been helping him as well instead of telling him he missed them all. Just wrong all the way around!

When they see that you have used BBs to open a gift and it has closed then that will prove there is an issue.

I understand your frustration, but it is a very big coincidence that the exact same days locked again after opening them on both farms. Your logs also show that during these days, you did not login to the Farms where you have had to purchase Days.
You are welcome to take this up with Support, but there is nothing further we can do on the Forum.

#2.. paid for b/c I forgot about the time difference. Never asked for this to be looked at. My fault.
#8.. I opened this one, got the venom gift. Its in my pantry. Its locked on day 10. Had to pay to unlock it again. Not right.
#9.. I opened this one, watched the coin go into my bank. Its locked on day 10. Had to pay to unlock it again. Yes, I contacted support. Ticket for it... [Ticket#2018121137002915]
#27.. I had no internet access for 10 hrs that night. I didn't get it back until 8:00 am Dec., 28th. I wasn't able to get into the game to get this stocking. Yes, I had to pay for this one and it wasn't a problem. Have never asked for u to look into this one.

SO... Excuse me for saying but how is this a coincidence? ONE day locked on both of my farms and that was #9. If u look back at the others who had issues with this calendar, it was #8 or #9 or both on their farms as well. So, is this a coincidence for all of us? And can u explain to me WHY I wouldn't open up #8 on my 2nd farm but open it on my main farm? Can u explain WHY I'd open up #25 on my main farm and not on my 2nd farm? No, I didnt forget. The ONLY DAY I didn't log into my farms was on day 27 when I didn't have internet access. And if I didn't log into my farms on the 8th and the 25th - as u are saying - then why do I have #8 on farm 2 and #25 on my main farm? SO.. something is wrong here... and its ur game logs. U can see it urself! Im sorry Shooger but that's bs. Im sorry no one here can admit that the calendar has a glitch. It just makes those of us that have issues and are trying to let u know about 'pay'.. I shouldn't have to explain over and over again about this It isn't right. I have NO reason to lie about any of this. None.
