Strange Credit Card Charges

    Hi,
    I have several credit card charges from Big point in a row. My bank was worried it was a scam because of how it looks and told me to contact the merchant. I contacted payment support and they confirmed they made the charges and to contact support for details. Support said they cannot help me with details or receipts. My bank launched an investigation but the merchant did not reply. They said if I can not get a reply then they will block that merchant from making further payments against my card. I contacted support again and they said I have already received my answer and do not submit any further enquiries with support. I thought that was quite rude and very unhelpful. Is that the final answer? Is there no one who can help me with explanation of these charges?
