Strategy: Totally Wild About Animals

True (and I doubt I personally would find your wording harsh ) , but then I don't get the excitement from breeding anymore. So I did one harvest to fill up the coins again. And got my penguin so I'm done with the event. I will do one or two more harvest during BBM perhaps.

 

Ok Thank you Zero degrees ... I don't think i will bother ..Not a big lover of baby doomer ..have had enough after the animal event we have just had ..AND if you only get one coin...i see that as pathetic and a waste of PF...which is probably the reason for this coin event To drain us of PF..so we have to buy it with real money
I will keep my 203 I have left for something else

 

Finished all I am doing with this event. It would be great to get more of the extra badges than we do It would def help with the PF Best skip for me was reg turkey to a tribal If there were any other good skips, I must have overlooked them(but I doubt it!) Good luck to all!!

 

Moraine: How many Farm Coins did you get from that batch of breeding? I'm just curious to try to figure out what the cost-benefits are - as Zero puts it

 

Still debating on what exactly I'm doing this event. Only had about 200 PF made at the start, and burned through that with the short BBD yesterday, which was enough to get me through the first 2 steps of each animal type. Now I'm trying to decide which remaining steps to do so I can (try to) calculate how much PF I'm going to need to buy. I can't seem to make up my mind on anything, but 700PF if just way way too much for a single event!

As always, reading zero's event breakdown and everyone's strategies is very helpful.

 

I'm still debating (with myself ) whether or not to complete the last two steps of the Bird Breeding. I already have a Tiki Totem Work Shop, but I would like two (who wouldn't ) and two Penguins pr. day is better than one. On the other hand, it's 82 PF to complete those two steps and the normal penguin stable is very cute - maybe even cuter than the red one - and who needs that many penguins a day. Oh, I don't know what to do

I do feel sorry for that egg though... it won't last long on the ice

 

I got 95 out of 132, so about 72% chance for one But better than my BBD skip chance

 

I have not yet started any breeding. Just waiting and contemplating .... to do or not do ?

I managed to get all the Breeding I need to do, that was the limit in terms of prizes. As i decided not to get New Penguin nor either of the Two new workshops.

There is no logic for me to get any of these in terms of Number of Power Feeds that is needed to be consumed from our Barns...

I was happy to get all of Party Spins as I can, as with Party Spins you can win prizes such as Breeding Animals that save you quiet a bit of Power Feeds, or win a Pink or Red Pen just like the Express Train. Or win Back Nice Power Feeds or Super Grow that we have consumed in recent events....

It has made me dislike Breeding events that entails the requirements of Breeding Badges. Now there is an Mini Event we can gain Farm Coins during Breeding.....It would be Brilliant Bigpoint do away with Breeding Badges Altogether....Replace them with Farm Coins that would certain make many of us Happier. But it would help reduce the number of Power Feeds to do an Event.

well there is another Baby Boom this Weekend. It does help you get good skips and extra animals so it does save you fair bit of Power Feed than doing Breeding outside of Baby Boom..

On an Added Note 120 Farm Coins would gain you 60 Power Feeds. But my Strategy is to complete Levels 9 and 10 of Breeding Quest. As you do get back lots of Power Feeds....

I managed very pleased to get 4 Newts Habitat from Farm Express Event. I think i have better chances to get Tiki Totem workshop at Barter and Gift Event, but it would be easy so instead i am happy to buy Tiki Totem Products from the Markets if i need them badly....

 

I ended up doing the WHOLE event wow!!!!!!!!!! lolI did all 8 steps I couldn't NOT do them lol

Out of the trees and stables the only good things were another deer and an Orange Mole. I am up to 15 Or Camel(could we please switch it up??) Trees I did get 3 XXL Seabuck, 1 XXL Sorb and Wisteria(but I think 19 XXL Pine is enough for me unless you build me an orchard) I did complete all but the last 2 steps in chameleon side. Figured that workshop was only 8 hrs so....I do have 6 of those badges left over that I really wish I could send someones way.

Nothing new in the Stables ... But got two new trees ...which i didn't even know about ..so they must be new ? Redwood tree and a persian silk tree
And am still looking for my crocodile ...I have one somewhere on a field
An orchard would be good Julie..be nice if they gave us one ...or we could earn one

While we haven't got an event on ...have got all my stables out the box and giving them some air ...they haven't been out in a very long time and it's nice to see them all again
Now my farm is up to date and cannot do anymore ...will go and have a coffee in the garden..it's tooo nice to be stuck in doors

 

Before I commit myself to buying this unholy amount of PF, are the wonder stable related workshops used for any current FSQs? I don't have the tiki totem or the skateboard, but if they're not used for anything currently, I'd rather save the PF for now, and worry about the workshop items later.

Almost picked up all my latest breedings before checking to make sure the BBD was going on. Caught myself just in time though!

 

I don't know Kessari, but I assume they are needed somewhere in the game. Hopefully, some other farmer will know Glad to hear you remembered the upcoming BB!

I noticed my hoard of anacondas due to the rumours in the grapevine section, could actually get me pretty far on the breeding event without having to donate breeding animals. I haven't done any Chameleon breeding at all, so I thought could do the first steps on quest and end up with a nice workshop. Good thinking ? I though so, until I bred frogs instead . Frogs for me are snake family, stuff, swampy animals.

Should just have known, two good ideas in a row are pushing it, 3 thoughts are a good foundation for disaster.
Good thing I almost had no frogs, so enough Pf for some chameleons, unless they all dress up as frogs that is. I won't touch any animals looking frog-ish. I feel sheep-ish

The Going Straight quest asks for a total of 105 tiki totems in level 3. I don't think skateboards are needed in any current FSQs, but they have started asking for things like crabs, quills, and hammocks (from the stables/workshops rewarded in previous Wild About Animals events) so...
